Staff pretty unfriendly, so many little things - they charge extra for milk for your in room tea, you have sign for a key for the gym, no iron in room, not easy to sign into wifi etc etc

Pros (+) The view from my room on 14th floor was great. I enjoyed having music in the bathroom.
Cons (-) My room only came with a twin bed and I didn't get a kettle with some coffee/tea options.
