we were not allowed access to the pool and were informed that we have to pay euro20 per day for the access. in all my travels around the world i have never had a hotel stay where we have to oay for use of facilities, wish they had informed us ahead of time. having advertised that hotel has all facilities and not have access to it as part of the room rate is deceiving.

Pros (+) Beautiful, luxurious rooms, very clean. Excellent breakfast service and a wonderful buffet. Knowledgeable staff and very quick to help. An example is that I needed a key replacement and there was a long line of people checking in. I went to the Guest Relations Manager to ask, and first she said I had to wait in line, but then she herself came over to open a counter and get me my key fast. The loca...
Cons (-) Well if I must find something I didn't like, I'd say the view from our room was nothing much, but then we were out most of the day, and the Club Room view was very nice, it had a balcony.
