Stayed previously and didn’t have an issue - this time my room was freezing and even with the heater did not properly warm

This was my second visit to this very nice hotel a little bit outside the old city center of Porto. It's on a busy street so ask for a room at the back There is a parking under the hotel and it requires some skill to navigate via to one way streets to the entrance. Staff was friendly and the room very nice and clean with a bathroom with a tub The breakfast buffet was big with lots of good choices
