    The decor of Hotel Teatro was fantastic - I loved the theater theme (which they pulled off without it being too kitchy). I also thought the bed was super comfortable!

    The hotel had a big lounge room with a huge screen where guests where able to watch music dvd's. On my birthay I asked if we could watch a U2 DVD...We enjoyed watching U2 360 life from the Rose Bowl:)

    We heard that there was a fitness room. But we were a bit dissapointed when we entered it: Less than 10 square meters with only 3 fitness devices.

PORTOBAY HOTEL TEATRO is the first PortoBay Hotels & Resorts hotel in the city of Porto.It is located in the historic centre of the city, on Rua S da Bandeira, a few steps from the citys main attractions including So Bento Station, Clrigos Tower, Porto Cathedral, Avenida dos Aliados, Lello Bookshop, Bolho Market and the well-known Cais da Ribeira, the Douro riverfront.The hotel was built on the site of the former Baquet Theatre, opened in 1859. Today, the theatrical theme is very much in evidence with the hotels unique, refined and bohemian atmosphere.The 74 spacious rooms, divided into 5 categories, offer a contemporary, individual and comfortable feel. The hotel also has a restaurant, bar, small gym and meeting space.
