Pros (+) Comfortable, quite, slept well and the morning breakfast was great and delicious.
Cons (-) Customer service was outstanding. The girl at the front desk Brianna was very friendly and helpful.

Pros (+) had a great stay... i love the pillows
Cons (-) The furnace clogged and flooded our room... the maintenance man tossed down a towel... to fix it!

Pros (+) Very convenient for Ontario airport. Friendly staff. Had penthouse loft. Very comfortable beds. Stairs are tight if carrying suitcases.
