Had to check out early. The hotel is run down and pretty beat up. Needs a whole new remodel. So sad, I stayed there when it used to be The Ayres hotel and it used to be really nice. Felt more like a motel.

Pros (+) The lobby looked great and the pictures on the website looked great
Cons (-) The room has laminate floors and echoes bad. The bed sagged towards the middle. The couch sagged towards the back too. The pull out mattress had stains. We asked for sheets to make the pullout bed and they arrived with stains.

Pros (+) Very nice artwork on all the corridors. An unusual and extremely nice touch. Very pretty courtyard.
Cons (-) Was given a handicapped accessible room which I wasn’t very happy about. Did not like the shower setup at all. No counter space to put things. Kind of odd to be given that room as the hotel was not full. Everything in the room was kind of odd (as it was made to accommodate handicapped people). Would have preferred a regular room but didn’t want to complain.

Pros (+) This is a very classy hotel and was clean. Upon check in, I was impressed with the layout of the lobby and general condition of the hotel. Breakfast was excellent as a part of my stay. Nice room, big spacious room with a nice layout. Bed was comfortable and noise from adjoining rooms, Hallway was minimal.
Cons (-) Airport noise, traffic noise, train noise was waking me all night. Even with the A/C fan running all night. I slept maybe 4 hours all night. Upon check in, I requested a quiet room and the young lady checking me in said, "I never get complaints about noise." She LIED, and placed me on the Busy street side facing the airport.
