Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to the airport, restaurants, and the Ontario Convention Center. Many found the staff to be friendly, helpful, and attentive, with several positive mentions of front desk and housekeeping service. However, cleanliness was a recurring concern, with several guests reporting dirty rooms, stained bedding, and maintenance issues in bathrooms and common areas. Opinions on bed comfort were mixed, and the pool area received some negative feedback regarding cleanliness and amenities. Overall, while the location and service stood out as highlights, improvements in cleanliness and facilities are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews
