Nuremberg hotels near Neues Museum

Cons: We would have liked it to have 2 chairs instead of just one, so we could sit to snack and relax without having to sit on the nice but low platform bed. Just a comment, not a complaint.

Cons: Nothing really.

Cons: Not enough disco music.

Cons: Once I was in my room the service lack a little to be desired... It took an age for room service to deliver an iron and in the end I had to go as I was and hope for the best. Also when I returned that evening there air-conditioning was not working at all so I had a sleepless night it was 30 degrees out side at night!!! . I called room service and they sent to ladies up who said yes this always happens but did nothing about it. I had to leave first thing in the morning for a meeting at the airport so had a quick complain about it at reception- they said sorry and then provided me with my bill!!!! rude.

Cons: No self park and valet was 21 Euro per day.

Cons: Bedbugs! I will never come back to this location. It was perhaps the worst hostel/hotel experience I've ever experienced. Once I discover my bed was infested with bedbugs, i immediately went to front desk and requested a room change, by now it was 12:30am and the lobby staff were rude and unhelpful. They charged me full price for a solo room, in addition to what I had paid for the hostel room. They gave me a card key that didn't work 3 times in a row, and finally went up to the 2nd floor room to open the door and the 4th key didnt work, by now it was close to 1:30 am, I had moved my luggage up and down 5 times by now. They used a master card key to finally get the door open and then Never gave me a key to my room. Not only were they incompetent, they had zero customer service skills. Never staying there again.
