Pros: Very friendly staff at reception. Stayed in a single room that was spacious clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great with a variety of options. Tables, cutlery/napkins was beautifully set up during the Christmas period. It was just a short walk and had to cross one main road to get to the old town centre, Christmas markets etc.

Cons: I booked a double room with a balcony and the price quoted (and accepted by me) was for a room with a balcony. My room had no balcony. When I queried this at reception I was told there were not enough rooms with balconies to meet demand. I booked this room almost three months ago, so I do not accept this explanation. There was a room with a balcony advertised, it was what I reserved and so should have been reserved for me. Unacceptable. I also would have thought that there would be a deduction in charge as I did not receive what I ordered and paid for - but no chance! Not what I expect from a 5 Star Hotel, charging 5 Star rates. Golden rule worth noting - don't advertise what you can't produce!!

Cons: As we waited at night in the lobby of the hotel couple of hours before the flight, the receptionist expelled us away with a false claim that the lobby need to be closed and locked at 00:00, this act was due to a group of drunk men who interrupted at the hotel lobby and harassed me and my friend. The receptionist thought that if you we leave then the men will walk away. As a result we had to order to taxi real quick that cost us a lot, instead of taking the metro because we got afraid from the men to go after us, and drive away to the airport 5 hours ahead of time. Disappointing and unacceptable behavior by the receptionists.

Cons: Apparently this hotel is in the red light district, but we didn't see anything bad going on. In fact we didn't know it until some locals told us. We did feel safe and always walked into the Old town opposite direction.

Cons: Can't complain at all about any of the aspects of the hotel. It was an overall pleasant experience. The lobby area was at a temperature a little too high for my liking but other than that, it was an amazing stay.

Cons: War very noisy and 3 days i even couldn't sleep because some drunken people made noise and talking loudly under the windows. Sometimes they sang songs and i have heard all these stuffs. Actually the soundproofing is bad.

Cons: One day I left my room at 13h and I removed the card “don’t disturb” before leaving. When I was back at 19h the room had not been made up. I went down and claimed gently to a “blonde woman in the reception” (just for her knowledge, no intention to demand making up the room) and she did not apologize at all. With a fake smile she answered: “I am not the room maker. Did you remove your non disturb card outside the door?” I answered: “yes, I did. And you are not the room maker but at least you should represent the hotel and be kind with customers”. Fortunately a girl with glasses from Peru was very kind with me during the checkout and the impression of the hotel improved. Anyway, to be managed by Radisson, it is far from the brand. No room service is not acceptable for the price I paid. The bar was OK with only one person serving. Service should improve.

Cons: The gym wasn't really a gym unless you're super into cardio but the view there is great. The food in the downstairs restaurant was obviously just bought frozen and heated.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Reception is opened 24/7. If you are a tourist you can buy there the Nürnberg Card. The location is a little far from the city center (cca 2 km) but nearby there is a big traffic hub with all three U-Bahn lines (cca 600 m from hotel). Right across the road there are two supermarkets and by the corners there are two restaurants (German and Italian). The best thing about hotel is a room facility - a lot of equipments which you could expect from a private apartment and not a hotel. Our room had balcony, fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven, stove, dishes, fridge with freezer, hairdryer, huge TV in the living room etc. Nice suprise was also the fact that the daily room service not just changing the sheets and towels but also refilling the mini bar (two beers and two waters per day).

The staff were very well drilled and the head barman was a scream and extremely helpful above and beyond the cause of duty! Cons: Once I was in my room the service lack a little to be desired... It took an age for room service to deliver an iron and in the end I had to go as I was and hope for the best. Also when I returned that evening there air-conditioning was not working at all so I had a sleepless night it was 30 degrees out side at night!!! . I called room service and they sent to ladies up who said yes this always happens but did nothing about it. I had to leave first thing in the morning for a meeting at the airport so had a quick complain about it at reception- they said sorry and then provided me with my bill!!!! rude.

Pros: Good position, 15minute by walk from the center and 6 from the underground. Nice building, good hospitality. We found welcome chocolates in the room and on the breakfast table. The breakfast is very good, it is international with different possibilities ( sausages, eggs, bread, bacon, cheese, yogurts, corn flakes, milk, coffee).

Breakfast wasnt included and the price they wanted to charge was over the top so we ate breakfast at one of the many food places at the station. Cons: Outdated rooms. Beds are ok but not very comfortable. Very poor lighting in the room, in particular if you want to work at the desk on a laptop (difficult to read with this light). Bathroom is clean but basic. During my stay the breakfast room was refurbished so I got a take-away bfast in a paper bag which I had to consume in my room.

The staff cleans the rooms every day. - Ensuite bathroom and toilet (separate). - There are coffee/tea/snack/ATM machines on the reception and a small café/bar. And in general a nice place to sit and spend some time. - Wifi signal on the 1st floor was excellent. - Most importantly, a very nice and friendly staff. Especially Jana who upon request, without any charges moved me from my 6-bed mixed room (there were only men) to a room with 4 beds for women. :) I liked it a lot, so I booked the room for another two nights. - There are lockers (for 2eur) on the reception in case you want to leave some valuables for some time. - There is a room for luggage as well. - The location is great. Just 2 min. from Hbf and 5-10minutes walk to the historic area.

Cons: My neighbours. There was one especially annoying person, who ruined all my stay at hostel, so that I needed to run away every time he was in the room. And also hanger was flimsy and poorly nailed to the wall.

Cons: Bedbugs! I will never come back to this location. It was perhaps the worst hostel/hotel experience I've ever experienced. Once I discover my bed was infested with bedbugs, i immediately went to front desk and requested a room change, by now it was 12:30am and the lobby staff were rude and unhelpful. They charged me full price for a solo room, in addition to what I had paid for the hostel room. They gave me a card key that didn't work 3 times in a row, and finally went up to the 2nd floor room to open the door and the 4th key didnt work, by now it was close to 1:30 am, I had moved my luggage up and down 5 times by now. They used a master card key to finally get the door open and then Never gave me a key to my room. Not only were they incompetent, they had zero customer service skills. Never staying there again.

Cons: It was quite noisy during the night on the side whith the street, so it would be good just to ask the staff to give you a room which has windows to the yard. It was very quiet. If you are staying in the hostel rooms, so take into account, you should pay additionally for the bedsheets (3.5eur) and for the towels (1.5eur). I had my own, so I did not pay for that.
