Pros: Very friendly staff at reception. Stayed in a single room that was spacious clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great with a variety of options. Tables, cutlery/napkins was beautifully set up during the Christmas period. It was just a short walk and had to cross one main road to get to the old town centre, Christmas markets etc.

Pros: Good size room and all furniture and fittings in immaculate condition. Just a quick walk across one road to the old town and restaurants. Breakfast was truly excellent with everything from fruit to bacon to smoked salmon. Night Porter at check in was really friendly and helpful.

Pros: It is a lovely botique hotel. Furnishings are so stylish. Little decorating details are so clever. Staff is professional and friendly. Breakfast is wonderful. The location was perfect and Christina the owner went out of her way to give recommendations for restaurants and local events. She even helped me with train reservations.

Pros: Front desk staffs are very welcoming and professional. Check in/out are very smooth. The bed is very comfortable! I love it so much. It was hard to leave bed. The location is perfect. Cons: As we waited at night in the lobby of the hotel couple of hours before the flight, the receptionist expelled us away with a false claim that the lobby need to be closed and locked at 00:00, this act was due to a group of drunk men who interrupted at the hotel lobby and harassed me and my friend. The receptionist thought that if you we leave then the men will walk away. As a result we had to order to taxi real quick that cost us a lot, instead of taking the metro because we got afraid from the men to go after us, and drive away to the airport 5 hours ahead of time. Disappointing and unacceptable behavior by the receptionists.

Cons: Can't complain at all about any of the aspects of the hotel. It was an overall pleasant experience. The lobby area was at a temperature a little too high for my liking but other than that, it was an amazing stay.

Cons: War very noisy and 3 days i even couldn't sleep because some drunken people made noise and talking loudly under the windows. Sometimes they sang songs and i have heard all these stuffs. Actually the soundproofing is bad.

Cons: When I made the booking I was told there was parking on the premises,this was one of the reasons why I chosen the hotel. On arrival I was informed that parking was not available due to a refurbishment. I had to park in a public car park and walk with my luggage 5 min to the hotel. The car park charged me 36euro for two cars. If I knew this was was going to be the situation I would have chosen a different hotel.

Cons: We were excited that the TV had an Apple TV function but it didn’t seem to work...seemed to have connected but perhaps the WiFi wasn’t strong enough as the videos just wouldn’t play to the screen. WiFi was fine for use on just our phones, though. Bed sheets/doonas/pillows were super soft and comfortable but not a breathable material, always felt kind of moist when waking up from a sleep but not like we’d been sweating, we weren’t too hot or anything. The room was a perfect comfortable temperature. I think it’s just the material the sheets were made of perhaps. Would also love a mini fridge but of course we survived without! But overall, very happy with our stay!

Cons: Once I was in my room the service lack a little to be desired... It took an age for room service to deliver an iron and in the end I had to go as I was and hope for the best. Also when I returned that evening there air-conditioning was not working at all so I had a sleepless night it was 30 degrees out side at night!!! . I called room service and they sent to ladies up who said yes this always happens but did nothing about it. I had to leave first thing in the morning for a meeting at the airport so had a quick complain about it at reception- they said sorry and then provided me with my bill!!!! rude.

Cons: Whilst encouraging a green policy in giving you a choice of whether your room was cleaned daily, which I supported for two days, the third day my room was not cleaned & I had to ask the cleaner personally to replenish toilet paper. Great concept which i fully support, but let's ensure the staff are fully aware of the signs put outside the door.

Cons: This second time we stayed there, I had bad experience asking for using the Sauna. Once was told to me that the sauna can be used at any time just 30 min prior to use needs call on the reception. Then I asked for the Sauna in order to use it after 1 hour. It was told to me very rude that is dirty and cannot be used....then was excuse that the cleaning staff does not answer. After I clarify i will need it for not more than 40 minutes (of course it is sauna I will not stay the whole day there), there was objection that a lot of energy will be consumed and it is pointless to be even cleaned and started.....I gave up after that....

Pros: I enjoyed my stay here for 4 nights with my family. The family room is very big with a size of 40m2. They even provided a baby bed for our baby. The surrounding was also very calm. The best hotel I've ever stayed with my family in Germany.

Cons: Reception staff very cold and many of them unprofessional. It's unacceptable that they do not know to speak English in a hotel that welcomes tourists and insist on German only. Furthermore, a smile do not cost! 4 nights no change of bed sheets, plumbing issue in the bathroom. Ugly smells from bath pipettes. To be mentioned on description before booking, that internet allowance per day is 600mb and not free wifi...

There were towels, soap and personal lamps and usb chargers near each bed. Place near reception is good- it is place for relax and fun. Guys on reception are very friendly and helpfull.

Cons: There were two beds next to each other in a dorm. I did not get one of those beds but it is a setup that can make some people feel uncomfortable. The shower room is a bit smaller. The linen is for an extra fee. There are trams running right in front. It did not bother me but could bother some.

Cons: Breakfast was lacking. Most of it was gone by the time we went down (about 9 am) and staff didn’t bring extra of what was gone. We had pre-paid for it but didn’t feel like we got our money’s worth.

Cons: Bedbugs! I will never come back to this location. It was perhaps the worst hostel/hotel experience I've ever experienced. Once I discover my bed was infested with bedbugs, i immediately went to front desk and requested a room change, by now it was 12:30am and the lobby staff were rude and unhelpful. They charged me full price for a solo room, in addition to what I had paid for the hostel room. They gave me a card key that didn't work 3 times in a row, and finally went up to the 2nd floor room to open the door and the 4th key didnt work, by now it was close to 1:30 am, I had moved my luggage up and down 5 times by now. They used a master card key to finally get the door open and then Never gave me a key to my room. Not only were they incompetent, they had zero customer service skills. Never staying there again.

Cons: nowhere to put clothes, very cold. mattresses are always moving around. although requested 1 bed. The hotel took two payments from me, mistakenly issuing that I rented two rooms. three days later, the money has not yet been returned mood was spoiled, money was the last.
