Cons: It is in the middle of a busy residential street. Parking is hard to find. I was able to call and the host found a reserved spot for me that cost 9 euros. The problem was that one of the street residents parked a quarter way in front of the spot, which made it hard to get in and out of.

Cons: TV has standard cable with few, regular channels. Not really bad, but I wish, hotels could start paying for HD packages and international channels or at least set up the TVs to have only the working channels visible, so guests don't have to vade through dozens on none working channels until finding one that works.

On departure Alin, receptionist insisted on taking a further payment for full amount..as it was only a holding sum (€300) and so had to pay a further €300 or he would call the police. So two lots of €300 for one room costing €300. I had to phone home at 3.35am to get someone to pay this as I didn't have a spare €300. Alin was aggressive and shouted. Not the best way to treat your customers is it? Still not 'released' the original €300 back to my account...BEWARE.

Pros: The hotel exceeded my expectation. Very friendly staff. The rooms are studios and very comfortable when you travel with kids and you need to cook something quickly (you have all you need). Very good location. Extremely clean. You get two bottles of water and two of beer free of charge. You can park in the hotel which is paid but there is also a possibility to park nearby on the street free of charge. Next year on my way back home, I will absolutely stay there again. I'm planning to check also the other hotels from the chain.

Cons: We were there for three nights. The room is quite small and no air conditioning, we couldn't sleep unless open the window. The first day when we woke up, we heard some repair noise from upstairs, and we found no electricity power, when we asked front desk to help us find someone to check it, she was unhappy and replied as:didi u opened all equipment(guess microwave or something), the fuse may broken... then she said she will send technical support, it was 8am. We went out for few hours, after we back, still no power, and we called reception again, the same person answered impatient aa that she already informed technical support! Untill 11:30am, no one was coming to check it, and finally the power was back automatically!! So I guess because they need to fix something so they just cut off our power without inform us. The second day, we found no TV remote control in the room，interesting... The third day, we back hotel quite late, when I try to have shower, I found Shower head can't be holding anymore, someone broken and bath towel which they have changed is dirty!!! Did they check it when they change it? I guess not..

Cons: The communal area is where you check in and didn't feel too relaxing to me however it looks nice and had a selection of books, a large connect four and TV as well as pool table. The room didn't have a kettle also.

Cons: Bedbugs! I will never come back to this location. It was perhaps the worst hostel/hotel experience I've ever experienced. Once I discover my bed was infested with bedbugs, i immediately went to front desk and requested a room change, by now it was 12:30am and the lobby staff were rude and unhelpful. They charged me full price for a solo room, in addition to what I had paid for the hostel room. They gave me a card key that didn't work 3 times in a row, and finally went up to the 2nd floor room to open the door and the 4th key didnt work, by now it was close to 1:30 am, I had moved my luggage up and down 5 times by now. They used a master card key to finally get the door open and then Never gave me a key to my room. Not only were they incompetent, they had zero customer service skills. Never staying there again.

The closed reception at checkout time along with the notice that breakfast was cancelled. The basically ok but not entirely cleaned room. The fact that you have to pay to use the wifi.
