The hotel itself was beautiful. Staff were knowledgeable about tourist attractions and things to do. I did like the parking garage aspect.
However, with that above being said, nothing in the hotel was open and there was no room service. I had to ask for towels and toilet paper. So I paid $300+ for a room that I had to basically take care of myself. I think I should have gotten a discounted rate due to the fact that I couldn’t do anything in the hotel. I was not told of anything being closed upon booking the hotel.
Dog friendly, no additional fee.
Seemed a little dirty in the main areas and elevator. The room we were initially given smelled like marjiuana.
Location close to the hospital. Very nicely decorated room. Very quiet. Desk clerk was very helpful and friendly. Minimal amenities available due to COVID.
Shower handle looked like it had been broken and repaired in a way that made it difficult to operate. TV would not work intermittently. There were no complimentary waters as we were told would be there. Room 314
