Pros (+) The staff were helpful and friendly especially the waiter in the breakfast area.

Pros (+) Antonio at the front desk was very professional and very helpful. I had speedy check-in and check-out service. The hotel is right across the street from The Patterson house which had good appetizers and cocktails. The sorrounding area had plenty of dining options. I would definitely stay here again.

Pros (+) The staff is nice, the rooms are really comfortable, the breakfast was excellent and when I arrive late the staff provided me with go to menus so I could order food because room service was closed
Cons (-) When I arrived a certain person was checking me in and I had reserved a room with a king bed and a whirlpool, as I was checking and there was a gentleman next to me and a gentleman who was checking that person in and they gave my room to him even though he did not have reservations.
