Cons: When I picked up my car from valet it was covered in snow. It was obviously parked outside which was not acceptable for the price I pay for this type of hotel and for valet parking. On top of it the drivers did not even care enough to scrape off all of the snow.....

Cons: The only complaint is that you can hear a lot of the cars and the walls are thin. The maids were really loud outside of our room.

Cons: The water pressure and temperature in the shower repeatedly fluctuated from hot to cold and sometimes turned off entirely. We mentioned it to the front desk in the evening when we left for dinner but our request was never followed up by staff. We also asked the concierge for a couple simple recommendations and the response was "I don't know." There were coffee cups left on a side table by the elevators on our floor and sat there the entire weekend. These are all minor inconveniences but left us underwhelmed and disappointed when previous reviews raved about the hotel.

Cons: Clock on the phone is 20 minutes out, could not be fixed, and no one seemed to be bothered, clock by the bed 2 minutes out, one of the light fittings had masking tape around it, took 2 days to be resolved. When the kitchen closes early so does the room service option, and the hotel has no clue what to do next, as they might be reading this, the answer is to recommend some that does serve food after 9pm, very simple really, but the answer you expect for a big brand that’s lost it’s way in understanding without guests it does not have a business.

Cons: We had issues with our AC once we came back from the baseball game, someone tried to come and fix it didn’t really seem to know what was wrong with it then it just started to work finally. At 1:40 am we woke up and realized that the heat was on and became unbearably hot in our room and the unit would not turn off. We then had to switch rooms at 2 am and we were not compensated for the hassle we experienced. We were then given $20 to target although we spent over $300 to stay 2 nights and spent additional money to park. There should be some way the hotel could have reimbursed us even if we used an online booking site. We were very unhappy that there wasn’t more the hotel could do for us for the price we paid.

There is a bright light in front of the hotel from the building in front that keeps the room lit all night, I called front desk but seems that it is just that way. It is basic for guests to get a room that can be fully obscure even in daylight. I recommend you work on that. Thank you

Cons: Room was not ready after available check in time. They said housekeeping staff was very backed up. Some people were given rooms while others were told they had to wait 1-2 hours until rooms would be available.

Cons: The check in was way below expectations for the hotel. The staff at check in provided minimal information about the hotel and facilities and his answers mainly were "cool" and "ok". Despite being big rooms, the amnesties were not great. The shower at the hotel was disappointing, consisting of a tiny shower head and very low water pressure. The AC had random sounds every night, was not fixed despite me informing the front desk. Small closet space for hanging clothes (Pressing iron prevents you for actually using all the hangers bar) and no shelves. No mini bar at the room. No turndown service. All in all, the stay is very overpriced.

Pros: The location is perfect for exploring the city. PRO TIP IF ARRIVING VIA AIRPORT: DO NOT take a taxi or Uber. Take the sky link train. It’s only $2 to get to downtown and the Nicolette Mall stop is one block from the hotel! You can use this train to access the Mall of America too. (If that’s what you’re into) Our room had a great view and I’m sure they all do since it’s right in the middle of downtown. The beds were SO COMFORTABLE. The property has a nice hot tub, decent sized exercise facility and a pool and a good bar for happy hour!

Pros: The location is perfect for exploring the city. PRO TIP IF ARRIVING VIA AIRPORT: DO NOT take a taxi or Uber. Take the sky link train. It’s only $2 to get to downtown and the Nicolette Mall stop is one block from the hotel! You can use this train to access the Mall of America too. (If that’s what you’re into) Our room had a great view and I’m sure they all do since it’s right in the middle of downtown. The beds were SO COMFORTABLE. The property has a nice hot tub, decent sized exercise facility and a pool and a good bar for happy hour!

Cons: Our room faced the highest. Loud traffic all night long. Poor sleep. Safe to room did not work. After 2nd phone call we had someone come to fix it. Room was ok. Nothing special.

Cons: Cleanliness, the men’s restroom was embarrassing, no toilet paper in one stall, only the storage roll in the other, which was shoved so tight you could not grab a full sheet at a time. Etc.. paper/splashed water / smell was more akin to a country inn of the freeway, considering the cost, this felt like a total rip off
