Parking. Parking situation should be communicated ahead of time and not have to wing it upon arrival. No out front parking to go inside so I called to ask where to park and the guy told me the wrong parking ramp which cost $65. The hotel did give me credit back.

Meh not good let alone great. Weird room — no drawers/bureau even though it was massive. ADA accesible (which we didn’t need but no worries) but the tub wasn’t roll in so I don’t even know how that would work. Bathtub was Not clean.

People were loud and partying the entire time. Kept my room and another group that we traveled with in another room up all night. Called multiple times for noise and did not stop it. I was told my parking would be a certain price and got charged for more than what she explained. Will not ever stay here again.

Pros (+) The look and feel of the hotel was really neat, the run was great, the bed was fine, the fridge was cold, the Wi-Fi was fast, the staff was friendly and helpful. When I needed a place to hang out before my events, it was a great room.
Cons (-) There is no sound buffer, at all. Does are slamming through the night, and I could feel them, as well as hear then echo. There was a couple having some very good times at 2:30 in the morning, and that also echoed loudly. Pros (+) Love the rooms and great location. Perfect if you're picking up a game or concert. Quick access to the light rail and adequate parking in the ramps close by. The rooms are clean and the common spaces are fun.
Cons (-) We've stayed here before and LOVED the breakfast menu. It is a total disappointment now. You don't have the classic options anymore and the chicken and waffles was nothing like expected. Pros (+) We didn't want to be distributed we put the thing on the door handle and still got woken up by a phone call at 830 and a knock on the door at 9 on our last day. Everyone knows check out time is 11 just wait! If we want anything we would have called or took the thing off the door.
