Noisy air conditioning system and noisy neighbors one late night.
Everything was great.
Close to USBank stadium; huge rooms
Great room size, baby cribs available. Location is above parking garage so it is very quiet and undisturbed once you get to the hotel. Close to downtown, breweries, restaurants, and stadium.
Great breakfast included. Great location, right in the middle of downtown.
Staying here next time too!
The location was excellent and easy to get to. Short walk to everything we needed. Rooms were spacious and clean and nice looking. Staff was friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about the area.
Glad I checked on the parking situation. They weren't kidding about the tightness of the underground ramp. It was really convenient and was fine for the Subaru, but darn glad we left the pickup at home.
Nice Hotel – Beware of Parking
Huge room, nice lobby, great location, and tasty breakfast.
Hotel sites indicate the hotel has parking, but do not say that it costs an extra $20 per day. "Parking" should mean "Free Parking". Also, some parking spots are very tricky to get in and out, even with a compact car. Breakfast gets hectic near the finishing time (9 am on weekdays); better get there early if you want to avoid a line and get some food.
Staff was pleasant and helpful. Rooms spacious and clean.
Large room, included breakfast, contemporary decor
Awkward structure with lobby several floors above street level. Two sets of elevators - first to get to lobby, second to rooms. Underground parking very tight
Pool dos high chlorine
Paying $17 for parking when I had a room! Parking should be free
The hotel was clean and the rooms were a good size with comfy furniture. The staff very friendly and always willing to help you out. Either by recommending places to eat, calling you a cab, or by doing anything else to make your stay enjoyable :) Also they had good happy hour prices and serve food 24/7!
So apparently the hotel only "naturally" cools their rooms in winter and our room was very warm and there is no way to cool your room down then so we roasted the whole time we were there :( Also the fact that you have to take 2 sets of elevators to get in and out of the hotel was kinda inconvenient.
Extremely courteous staff!
Very friendly staff that wanted to make sure you were taken care of. Hotel was updated and very clean and quiet .Location was very convenient; close to train, target center, and has the attached sky walk. Early departure and complimentary breakfast was ready prior to 6:30. Did I mention the 5 star staff---very pleasant to deal with at every inquiry! Great job folks!!!!
Not familiar with Hotel layout; check in is on the H floor. Parking extra, underground, and you have to switch elevators to get to your room. No meal delivery to the room; not a major issue.
