Miami Beach hotels near Indian Beach Park

Pros: Fantastic updated rooms that are chic and cozy

Pros: Beautiful hotel and well kept. Good spa experience, beach and pool.

Cons: The service and it wasn’t very clean. We asked for tissues in the rooms on the first day and every day and never had them. We came back one day and there where dirty sole prints in the room, hairs in the room. They only have super expensive bikes that you have complementary for 2 hours and they tell you it worth 3000$ and that you have to pay if they steal them, they tell you that if you want them for longer there are the city bike just around the corner, no sittings outside if you wait for your Uber or driver.

Pros: The pools were great, the bars are overpriced, the room was perfect.

Cons: There was a party on our floor. I think because we looked younger(though we paid for a very nice room), they put us on the same floor as the party.

Pros: The hotel room is very nice and updated. The workers are very nice and helped me with the bags. Also, help me find a parking space to save to using the valet parking.

Cons: Only thing was the prices on using certain things. But it is a 5* star, so it is understandable.

Pros: Beautifully maintained. Great food at all restaurants. Great happy hour at marketplace restaurant. The bungalows are beautiful!!!

Cons: There is not a finer place in Miami Beach. This property is excellent and the staff is even better! May well have been the best trip of my life! There is nothing I didn't like!

Pros: Great ambiance, wonderful garden/pool area.

Cons: Pricey though. Incredibly slamming doors which was just insane. We could hear the bottles(minibar) and glasses ringeling when neighbor’s door slammed. Do something about it pls. We asked but no for an answer.. also the mini safe did not worked. Also not fixed when asked.. very uninterested gaze. Been here 4 or 5 times, but not sure to come back to be honest.

Cons: Room service ended at 11pm, would have preferred a late night menu option as well.

Cons: $45 per DAY to park, plus $5 tip to valet each time used, no mention of parking when booked; room was small, real small

Pros: The location was very good and the access to the beach was optimal.

Cons: When we checked in, we were able to get our room. However, we went to the beach and pool and much to our dismay there were no chairs OR beach towels available for 2 hours. We also had to pay for additional chairs. Very disappointing for this star level

Cons: The AC is turned up too high. Freezing in all public areas and it was only 73F outside, The service at the reception desk is dreadful. Very slow. Also booking anything less than premium room is useless. Regular rooms are dreadful so you pay extra + tax for an upgrade.

Pros: Property was very nice. Staff were excellent. Easy access to the beach. Special shout out to some extremely helpful & nice staff, include Sheraine, Monica, & Annia. Thank you so much for making our holiday week vacation special!!

Cons: Feces on patio left there entire stay, disgusting item on bathroom floor upon arrival, every room service meal burned or wrong, heat didn't work, rude staff on check out.

Cons: Service was poor, decor was dated, rooms smelled musty. A brand in decline. From the bellhops handling of luggage, to the inaccurate billing, room service left in hallways overnight, non-responsive guest services, all at a premium. Stay far away.

Cons: Poor service. Housekeeping is lacking. Shower drain was clogged. Too expensive for the level of service.

Cons: Pillows were flat...steamer was extremely dirty...bed was uncomfortable....toilet kept running

Pros: The ladies at reception were very nice and helpful, they even called to make sure everything was okay with the room once I got upstairs. The resort was clean and so was my room, would definitely stay here again

Cons: We checked in on the 10/02/2020 for two nights and checked out 12/02/2020 8:50 am in the morning. Unfortunately, we had forgotten our documents and money locked in the safe. To be precise we had £5000 (gbp). Riu hotel was the first stop in our road trip hence the large sum. We realised and called back the hotel at 11:51am they said they would go back to the room and check and we would have to call back in 30 min. As I called back they confirmed that documents and £5000 were found. We came to collect them in one hour. However, when I collected it and counted the money £1240 was missing. The general manager Bernardo Naval and security person were called and took us to the room to check for us again. They were consistently changing the story so I had to call the police. What we found from the records: 1- we checked out 8:50am 2-room was reported cleaned at 9:45am 3- general manager entered the room with security to open the safe at 10:50am 4- we realised we left it all and called to the hotel at 11:50am This means there was 1 hour gap where they had opened and found it all but no one even considered to contact me when they had my phone number and email which is absolutely disrespectful, when I questioned the general manager BERNARDO NAVAL, I was told he didn’t call me because he doesn’t have my number when reception confirmed that they do as I booked through booking. By this time the general manager had already changed his story twice because at the beginning I was told by him that they checked the room after I called which was untrue by hotel’s records of room access. Overall I was treated very disrespectfully by the general manager Bernardo Naval, the whole time he was changing the story and shrugging his shoulders telling me ‘’what do you want me to do about it’. Also, a person who is not hiding the truth and not lying would not have changed his story twice. Other people who have been involved in this incident Angel Velazco and Roberto Rodriguez.

Pros: Great location, enjoy the pool and the bar outside. The unch special was a plus.

Cons: The valley parking was a hustle. Some of the staffing personnel were not polite at all, they acted funny.

Cons: The staff were incredibly rude& not helpful. The pool is only open until 6pm. On a Wed. night there was a “concert” outside of our room near the pool playing terrible music until 10:30pm. I tried to call the front desk and no one answered. Foo

Pros: The room had a great view and it was very clean.

Cons: Having stayed at multiple Rui hotels around the world, this was the only one where the staff was cold and unfriendly. The Valet was the only friendly smile, after that everyone else seemed to be on autopilot. Also the room was freezing and it was not fixable. This made the night extremely uncomfortable.

Pros: Great shower. Big and great water pressure. Liked double sinks outside of shower area.

Cons: Bedding too skimpy. Was cold and took the paper thin velour blanket that was probably 20 years old from bag in the closet. Towels in bathroom need to be replaced. Really old and dingy and thin. Not very clean bathroom or room. Also marble 12 inch tile in shower was slippery. Should of used smaller tile with more grout lines.

Pros: The staff mainly spoke Spanish especially at the front desk. I had to wait an hour to be given a room and there were no accommodations for making me wait that long. Also the said the would give me a room with a view but that wasn’t the case.

Cons: They charge you $10 for hotel towels to go to the pool which is so stupid and cheap. The price I paid did not scream luxury hotel. They should be a 2 star hotel. There was nothing extravagant about this place.

Pros: Close to beach

Cons: The hotel bar closed at 7:00 pm! I would have thought since it is Miami Beach, it would stay open longer. They did not have any soda beverage machines and not a place to order food late nite.

Pros: My reservation wasn't at the desk , it took me 30 minutes to check in.The key to the room they issued didn't work . I went up and down to the lobby 3 times for a new key before the maintenance man opened my room . II took 1 hour . staff was rude

Cons: Max people allowed for a family of 5 with children only allowed 4 people to stay in room. Not accommodating for family occupants

Pros: Rooms clean and comfortable. Nice terrace as requested.

Cons: Only accommodated an additional 1/2 hr late checkout without charging. No options other than sundry shop for snacks - front desk would not validate discount for breakfast ahead of 10am when they closed breakfast. Had to eat elsewhere.

Pros: Heated pool and view r great. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent ocean views
