Pros: I liked having the City at my fingertips. We had a 50th party to go to, so we came in early did some shopping first, then relaxed at a number of coffee shops.

Pros: The hotel is good because its the city center and connected with the shopping mall and casino

Pros: the hotel is really good and the staffs are kind and helpfull. the location of the hotel is in the centre of the city which helps us save a lot of money.

Pros: The room was very comfortable and the staff were outstanding. Service was excellent and even allowed early check-in. Rooms are not cheap but well worth it if you want a bit of luxury. Outstanding views and great location as we were attending a function at Crown.

Cons: the room was not clean it had stains on the pillow covers and hair in the bottom of the shower this kind of thing turns myself and other buisness partners away from horels of this nature

Pros: Good 5 star hotel, has enough facilities including in-door pool and health centre. 24 hours taxi queue is an advantage. Integration with the Casino and all facilities, outlets and restaurants.

Cons: Do not have coffee specific shop as well as 7-11 type shop. This can be integrated with casino facilities

Cons: I didn't like the fact that they had no record of my booking, even after I gave them the booking reference. I had to print out a copy of your email before they would believe me. Either you or the hotel stuffed up. I was told there were no rooms but they then found one upon presentation of the printout. the room was obviously one they don't usually reserve for full paying guests.

Pros: The new rooms were very comfortable..great views

Cons: Even tho we have stayed there before they put us in an old room ..we asked to be changed...they recovered well

Cons: yes the lack of tea coffee in the room, extra blankets ordered were old and torn, not enough room service and room was small and needs redoing.

Pros: a good place to stay when you want to visit melbourne downtown, valet parking service is good.

Cons: All Astralian hotels have a very high charge on network connection and unreasonable on the charge model, A$0.55 per min, upto A$29 per day, the charge is over 10% of room rent. also, the parking charge is A$35 per day, over another 15%.

Cons: I am a smoker. The GH should find a way to accomodate guests who smoke within the hotel.

Pros: Staff was magnificent, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was absolutely delicious. Great location.

Cons: Our rom was at the back of the hotel and we were woken each night by the garbage trucks.

Pros: The moderness of our room, as renovated only a few years ago. Staff very helpfull, unique hotel and location

Cons: Desk pad was looking a little old due to pen marks and the basin in the bathroom, also had a few cracks (especially since it was only recently renovated) and the pillows were way too soft.

Pros: The hotel is gorgeous, located in an absolutely beautiful heritage building. Very comfy and stylish rooms. Everything is sparkling and new, very nice. The concierge and doormen were great too, nothing is a problem for them, very polite and helpful. Pool, sauna etc were all fantastic.

Cons: The only tiny negative I can think of was that we found the room temperature a bit too warm.

Pros: I traveled the east coast of Australia and the Rialto was the nicest hotel I stayed in.

Pros: Clean, tidy, spacious would be the words that I'd use to describe Oaks on William. The Cafe they have downstairs is really nice for breakfast.

Cons: The rooms without a view of the park look straight into an office building and with no sheer curtains I had to keep the blinds closed. The first morning I was there I ran out of hot water in the shower, but this didn't happen again. They only give 30 free wifi per day.

Pros: Great amenities, nice staff that was available at the reception desk despite our 2 am arrival from the airport. Great comfortable accommodations, spacious room, clean bathroom. Great on top of it cleaning staff. Best place we stayed out during our entire Australia trip. Central location for easy walk or tram to major tourist locations.

Cons: Would have liked free wifi for longer than 1 hour per day, but it was fine paying for the daily rate.

Cons: The housekeeping lady took all my shampoo and conditioner and soap and on top of that didn’t give ms hand towels, just bath towels and tiny washcloth, no hand towels.

Pros: The location is great if you just need a place to crash in the CBD or near Southern Cross station (a 5 minute walk down Spencer St). Staff seemed friendly enough. Rooms were well laid out, in a typical budget hotel style.

Cons: Falls short, even for a budget hotel. A good, low-price hotel should still have a fresh modern feel, and have working/available amenities. Unfortunately, Atlantis doesn't currently offer this. The air con in our room was "working", but ultimately useless. Lowered the temperature in the room by 1 degree after 10 hours of use, even on maximum cooling setting. Most of the rooms in the hotel face west, so the hot afternoon sun in Melbourne is a killer without good air con. Grout in the bathroom needs re-doing. Nowhere to hang your towel so that it dries overnight. Ironing board, but no iron? Mattress fine, although certainly nothing to write home about. Pillows bad - only one per person. At least a couple of spare pillows in the wardrobe really not that hard to do.

Pros: Excellent location for access to public transportation in CBD and to/from airport. Clean, safe and excellent staff!

Cons: Even though I'd booked a two night stay (in different rooms) and when I checked in at midnight, the night staff told me I could stay in the same room, they kept ringing me the next morning to see what time I was checking out. The cleaning staff almost walked in on me.....good thing I was dressed.

Pros: The hotel was nice and clean, parking is cheap for a city. Easy as too find, right on the tram lines

Cons: While I was meant t have been upgraded into a larger room here was no hot water in the shower and no time to change in a meaningful way as I was only staying one night.

Pros: Proximity to all sites in CBD, Victoria Market, free public transportation. Friendliness, helpfulness, knowledge of staff. Kitchenette & amenities. Comfort of room & bed. Room size. Modern bathroom. All appliances & plumbing worked properly.

Cons: Long waits for lift (and always crowded). Erratically working (or non-working) in-room Wi-Fi. Not enough sugar packets for tea or coffee. Housekeeping service generally did not arrive until 3-4 pm.

Pros: Kitchen/pots/pans etc. Bed was comfortable. Service was great. Staff did not bother me much at all which is what I prefer, but when I did have a question they were on point and quick to resolve my issue.

Cons: No bathtub, and the room heated up very quickly without AC blasting the entire time.

Pros: The room was great as was the service of hotel staff. Nice view and nice location since quiet but close to central business district and trams.

Cons: Restaurant closes pretty early.
