Pros: Staff were very attentive and the hotel is kept in immaculate condition. Loved our stay.

Pros: The Pan Pacific gave me possibly one of their best rooms, on the 17th floor, with a panoramic view of the Yarra River and Melbourne CBD, a fabulous vista to awake to daily. Thank you and I'll be back.

Cons: Shower area in the room needs a door, or at least a curtain.

Pros: The lobby had a great feel to it and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and had a great view.

Cons: There was a bit of construction in the area but didn't affect our experience to much.

Cons: Such a big named hotel having no swimming pool, and then its never mentioned while booking,that we have to pay a deposit of 200$. So it should be mentioned and the money should be deposited maybe in fair amount of 24-48 hrous to the persons account . Other than that all good

Cons: Internet was advertised as with price inclusion, however extra fees applied. Staff at "37" lacked hospitality training. Couldn't order a meal for an hour, was ignored so I went up to my room instead.

Pros: It is definitely well worth upgrading to Yarra River views as they are mesmerising! This former Hilton hotel has been renovate so it is much brighter and modern. Great buffet breakfast. Friendly and efficient staff.

Cons: Dressing Gowns and Towels weren't very soft and felt well used!!

Pros: We chose it for it's location. It is adjacent to the Melbourne Convention Centre Plenary auditorium where we attended a presentation by the astrophysicist Dr Neil DeGrass Tyson.

Cons: There was a small light in the bathroom which was on all night, no control switch to be able to turn it off.

Pros: Was set for a pickup at hotel from tour company and when they were not there concierge took charge of situation by locating and calling all 3 direct numbers available until he got ahold of someone. Timing was critical as missing a tour has its own bucket of problems because of his urgency response the tour was located and all proper arrangements were honored. He was solid. Excellent location views breakfast

Cons: The light saving was a big issue. Not happy with that. The room needed refurbishing. It’s looking old. I paid a big price for a run down room.

Pros: Beautiful hotel with lots of charm and history. Fabulous location to many Melbourne attractions. Breakfast was relaxing with a wonderful selection to choose from. Staff in the restaurant were incredibly pleasant and attentive.

Cons: The hotel needs a lot of money spending on it. It doesn't smell great when you walk in, the rooms aren't particularly clean, paint is flaking off the walls and ceiling in the bathroom, the rooms are way too hot and noisy, overall it was a bad experience.

Pros: The hotel is in a very convenient location. We loved the "old world charm" of it, which is why we chose to stay there. It's full of characterful and classic features like marble sinks in the toilets and chandeliers. Our room was quite spacious and included a walk in robe which kept the mess from our overflowing suitcases confined and out of our way.

Cons: We requested (and got) a room with two single beds. However the beds were not king singles. They were quite narrow and probably more suitable for children, which was a bit disappointing. Also after 10pm the only room service available was toasted sandwiches or chips. Restaurant and reception staff could also have been a bit more attentive. Conceirge and door staff were great though.

Cons: Toilet roll holder in bathroom awkwardly placed. When reaching behind and to the right for some paper, the toilet roll came off the holder and rolled under the basin cabinet. Not the best time to have to get down on your hands and knees to retrieve it so you can use it! Clock radio stuck on two hours ahead of correct time. Hour button not working.

Pros: Breakfast was good value and enjoyable. Loved the proximity to train station and to trams.

Pros: The location is great if you just need a place to crash in the CBD or near Southern Cross station (a 5 minute walk down Spencer St). Staff seemed friendly enough. Rooms were well laid out, in a typical budget hotel style.

Cons: Falls short, even for a budget hotel. A good, low-price hotel should still have a fresh modern feel, and have working/available amenities. Unfortunately, Atlantis doesn't currently offer this. The air con in our room was "working", but ultimately useless. Lowered the temperature in the room by 1 degree after 10 hours of use, even on maximum cooling setting. Most of the rooms in the hotel face west, so the hot afternoon sun in Melbourne is a killer without good air con. Grout in the bathroom needs re-doing. Nowhere to hang your towel so that it dries overnight. Ironing board, but no iron? Mattress fine, although certainly nothing to write home about. Pillows bad - only one per person. At least a couple of spare pillows in the wardrobe really not that hard to do.

Cons: There wasn't a bar at the hotel so when you came back to the hotel you had to go to your room. It would have been nice to have somewhere to sit and relax also most hotels would have a restaurant. The girls appearance on reception let the hotel down .

Pros: Great location near tram, train station and opposite coles store.

Cons: Furniture very worn, no room service or local food menus, expensive very small tight parking not included, hallway carpet smelt bad.
