Cons: the service at the restaurant by the pool was horrible . was there for 4 hours having drinks and dinner with friends and it was empty and not once did they come up to see what we needed. constantly had to wave them down for ice, napkins, order more drinks etc,. Also they gave me a generic room with 2 small beds. When I booked a room for me and my girl friend so we had to sleep separately. When I checked in they said they where full and since it was thru booking.com that is what i get.

Example: I decided to have breakfast outside but was not prompted by anyone.... had to get up three times to get coffee, once for first cup then twice to refill...same at dinner at the pool restaurant. Nobody even noticed I was there for dinner. Hotel is looking tired. Found it very dark in lobby as well as in rooms. Decided to get the best suite, very disappointing. Small, dark. Needs a coat of paint at least. This hotel does not even offer courtesy bottles of water in your room. You are charged for it. Gym facilities are old. Next time, I will most likely get a regular room at a more upscale hotel, rather than at a suite in this one.

Pros: Lobby bar. Mr Jaimie expert service. Very attentive and profession. Every evening when we returned we sat and had coffee and cookies. He made us feel at home. Even in pjs we went down to have coffee we him. Mr. Juan Pablo our bell hop was also excellent very observant and wiling to help. The rooms curtains or drapes were run down. Too much day light to sleep. He actually came to room and taped drapes shut. Thank mr. Juan Pablo. Teo members of staff that were very friendly and always willing to help. Front desk were younger employees felt like they were just learning the ropes.

Cons: Toiletries and no hand wash towels for bathing. Also you had to ask for hair conditioner or shampoo wasn’t just daily replaced. Towels did not feel soft to touch or or skin. Definitely needed some fabric softeners or new towels. Mattress a little too did for my liking. Other than that we tried to make it home.

Cons: I booked the hotel through booking. Com and the price was $98 per night and I extended to one more day because my flight got canceled. At the check out the next day they charged me 600 paiso which was double the the rate and they charged me extra on the drinks because I kept adding on to the room when I don’t have wallet in me. These people are crooked. Staff really are also working for the crooked management. This was the worst experience I had in Columbia

Cons: The lobby staff was glacial especially on arrival. I had written to the hotel in advance and told them I was coming in with my daughter from Iceland to celebrate my 60th. birthday. I even told our check in person again. I wasn't really expecting anything but maybe a cheese platter or a small upgrade. But nothing. Personally I think it is poor management. I will never stay there again nor will I recommend the hotel to others.

Pros: We were welcomed very warmly upon arrival with a welcome drink and nice greetings! The staff are all friendly, courteous, and nice. They really work hard to make a difference. We had room service- limonadas, hot water, spaghetti, sandwich, etc. - they were all delivered in a very timely manner, and the whole dinner was less than $25!! The food was delicious. The laundry service is fast (2 hours!) and great. The hotel is in a very quiet neighborhood, yet it takes only several minutes' walk to shopping malls and restaurants. The value is great!

We had room service- limonadas, hot water, spaghetti, sandwich, etc. - they were all delivered in a very timely manner, and the whole dinner was less than $25!! The food was delicious. The laundry service is fast (2 hours!) and great. The hotel is in a very quiet neighborhood, yet it takes only several minutes' walk to shopping malls and restaurants. The value is great!

Located in a really safe modern area and not too far from all the action and bars' of El Poblado, 20/25 minute walk which is safe and pleasant. Staff were very friendly and helpful and some could speak English which made life a little easier
Cons: Very simply, it would be nice if there were some more sofa style/relaxing style furniture in the main garden area associated with the restaurant. There are loungers by the pool, but you have to go bare feet through a foot-bath to get to them as they are fenced in around the pool. Be nice to have similar furniture elsewhere to relax in. There's a lovely green garden space, off the reception which is under-utilised which seems a missed opportunity, as a landscape designer I feel making this into a useable garden in which to sit in, with more lush and exotic native plants to attract bird-life would be a real asset to the hotel.

It is quite inconvenient to walk anywhere and when you reach the main road it’s very busy with vehicle traffic that it is difficult to run across the expressway to reach several shops. I ended up having to take an Uber or taxi everywhere I went. Hotel needs an ATM machine in the lobby. Also, the bathrooms are quite small for the size of the room. My knees almost touch the wall in front of me when I’m sitting down on the toilet. If you are a person who likes spacious bathrooms then look elsewhere.

The barrio of El Poblado rises steeply from the river up the mountainside to the east. Pros: This hotel is a great value for someone who is familiar with the city and doesn't mind being a little bit off the beaten path or overpriced tourist areas. If you don't mind a 15 minute taxi ride to the hot spots in town and would like to stay at a very good, clean, affordable hotel with a friendly and efficient staff, then this is your place.

Cons: I rented my room for two pe6 I was charged 12000pas to bring my girlfriend up to my room.one worker lied said I had two woman in my room the nigh6 before. It was a lie,the night before I had No one. It's was just a scam to make more money. Beat customer out of money. I'll never return.

Pros: Coming from Bogota, I enjoyed the cleanliness. There's hot water, there's a fan, and they give you soap and towels. The restaurant is nice and the food is really good. The people at the lobby were reallky nice and so were the people at the restaurant. All of them were friendly and helpful. TIP: Don't waste your time going to Medellin's downtown, it's extremely dangerous.

Pros: I like the service in the room, the location near the Mayorista. I liked the rooftop bar and games. The staff were comprehensive. I had originally reserved for 3 days and left after 2. When i came back for my last day, they were kind enough to offer me a room free of additional charge since i still had 1 night «in the bank». It will cost you about 10 000COP to go to Parque lleras. Use the application Indriver, it will cost you about 7 000COP. The location is great and close to El Poblado and the metro.

Cons: Although it is a nice hotel, it is located behind a market where trucks arrive from 3 am on. So, it's quite noisy, you can hear the honks and beeps, people screaming and boxes being unloaded. Sometimes, I guess workers from the market, people staying at the hotel were drunk and noisy. I guess there are better hotels for little kids.

Cons: The first room i was in was dirty. I immediately called the front desk and told them about it. They were wonderful and they immediately switched my room. Unfortunately, it is also close to some adult entertainment hotels and bars.

Pros: Industrial, minimalistic, loft style, clean lines and square like building and interiors clean exterior and great breakfast included with your stay. This is a practical place to stay for business and short term visits. Rooms have comfortable bed and pillows, separate shower and tub. Not a family oriented place. Very service oriented staff.

Cons: For our first night, the bedsheets had not been changed in one of the room, the staff was really not kind and let us do all the work to change them (at midnight!). Then we still missed pillowcases and when we got ones, they were dirty again! When we explained the situation the next morning, the front desk staff didn't apologize at all, nor offered any compensation. Also the staff at the breakfast wasn't kind: we didn't get hot food (i.e. eggs) on the first day as we were not aware this was part of the buffet, as the staff didn't tell us. Finally, regarding the rooms facing the street, there is absolutely no isolation: we could hear everything from the club accross the street until late night.

Cons: Check in process was slow, didn't make me aware that everyday you need to get a new room key, either had bed bugs or use horribly intense cleaner for the bedding, loud Europeans in a group and security didn't care to ask to be quiet, walls are very thin, like the party next door was happening in my room and didn't stop until 7am, hookers and drunk foreigners all over hotel...were more concerned about making sure you paid for mini bar items eaten...when I complained, nothing was offered, not even an apology, with a million beautiful airbnb offerings in the area for less money, why would anyone stay here?? This hotel makes me remember exactly why I hate hotels. They even asked who was with me as though she was a hooker, ummm, not a hooker, my girlfriend. There is so much more but I'd like to forget about this place forever. Too bad, the property is great.

Cons: The Room had no blackout curtains. There were flashing lights at night which disturbed my sleep. The windows are single pane and the noise from traffic and motorcycles was clearly audible inside the room. It is uncomfortable walking up or down Calle 10 to get to Provenza where all the nice restaurants are.

Cons: I read other reviews of this hotel canceling nights during someone’s stay and such but still booked a room. The day before my stay, they say that my credit card did not go through and I needed to change it. I know the credit card number was good because it is tied to my online account. No problem, I can give another card but they canceled my room at the same time and were 100% booked so I was stuck without a room. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE and do not support their shady practices.

Cons: We had to wait for our room for 1,5 hours before it was ready. The room was very dark and plain (some decoration would have been nice), there weren’t enough lamps and the windows were pointed toward the inside. So you had to keep the curtains closed so that no one could look inside. Also it wasn’t really soundproof, but most hotels in Colombia weren’t to be honest.

Cons: Hand rails on the walkway to rooms are flimsy and open at the bottom. Although this is may be the look of the hotel it poses a danger for adults and children. (I would never stay here with children). Staff is great but they only have a few people to take care of the gests and the front desk. This makes services very slow.
