Pros: - It was the 1st time experinced Hilton Suites Makkah - It is a very nice hotel with very good location near to Al-Haram - Having the linkage to the mall giving a very good opportunity for internal shopping
Cons: - It is nice to have the hosts with "Dates & Arabic Coffee" but it's not avaialble all times which means need continous replenishment. - Restaurant's fees is a little expensive comparing with other good restaurants around. - Internet needs to be extended to 4 or 5 devices specially for the 2 BR suites - 3 devices only could be understandable for single BR. - Transportation avaialble with the agent is really veyr luxury but as well very expensive comparing with the same luxury could have it from direct deals.

Pros: Other than the location, this is by far the worst hotel in Jeddah.
Cons: Valet is never there when you need them. The same is true for bell men. The reception staff is extremely unprofessional. The furniture seems to be at least 15 years old. The rooms smell horrible. overall, if you're coming to Jeddah and can't find a reservation in the Rosewood or Sheraton or the Sofitel, you're better off delaying or canceling your trip. JUST DON'T STAY AT THE HILTON!

Pros: . The hotel allowed us an early check-in. · Staff was friendly and helpful. . Value for money. . The room and washroom were spacious, neat and clean. . Bed size was good. . We could easily make the room dark enough, to sleep in the daytime. . Soundproofing of the room was excellent. . AC was good. . Room service was good. . Upon request, we received a baby coat free of cost. . Lifts were very good, we did not have to wait even in peak hours. . Breakfast was good, the dining room had a good view. . The bus shuttle service to haram was frequent, almost every 20min but on prayer time it was difficult to find a seat in the bus. · I would like to stay here again

We received a call from Hotel's Customer Relations Dept. while we were sleeping thus it was not pleasant. . There was only 1 bedside table, there should be 1 with each bed. . The flushing should from the washroom was enough to wake everyone up in the room. . There was no initiative from the hotel to help with the luggage when we arrived.
