Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the Haram and nearby amenities. Spacious rooms are also appreciated by several guests. However, many reviews mention issues with cleanliness, outdated furniture and amenities, and poor service, including slow or unresponsive staff.
