Pros: From all the hotels I’ve tried in Mecca, raffles is the best. I’ve been staying at raffles for over 8 years. It’s always so clean, and the rooms are spacious and elegant. The staff are very welcoming and kind. Food is 100/100.
Cons: Unfortunately this time we had a bad experience with the check in and the rooms weren’t as spacious as the ones we’re used to so it was a hassle at first. But I appreciate that the staff were all checking up on us and apologizing for the experience we had. I’d still choose raffles next time I’m visiting Mecca.

Cons: Staff are not expert, did not get anything i asked for for the room specification, lack of communication, food quality. I have visited the hotel in 2014 and it was amazing but this time their level dropped below average. Never thought that one of raffles hotel could be in this level.

- Restaurant's fees is a little expensive comparing with other good restaurants around.
- Internet needs to be extended to 4 or 5 devices specially for the 2 BR suites - 3 devices only could be understandable for single BR.
- Transportation avaialble with the agent is really veyr luxury but as well very expensive comparing with the same luxury could have it from direct deals.

Cons: I am not satisfied with the parking issue. I am regularly staying in Swissôtel Makkah whenever visiting Makkah. Its was free parking when I stayed there 2 times during my visit. Then started charges on parking and now charges increased. Too much charges per day. Not worth it stay even if we pay charges for parking and even not worth it if we park outside hotel. Overall experience was not also good like before. Management need to reconsider there policies and customer’s complaints and reviews to improve. I was satisfied before and that that’s why always staying there but I think not anymore.

Second the rooms are not isolated there are two connecting doors in my room to other rooms so no privacy at all ,hearing every minimal sound noise and children crying in my room really there was no resting at all especially after omra. Third the restaurant is full of flying insectes with careless of employers to remove them away

Cons: I booked one room for 2 adults and one child but when I arrived the employee in the reception told me that the booking is for 3 adults and so he wanted me to pay 300 to 400 Riyals more, I showed him the reservation confirmation on my mobile but he took no action and asked me to contact booking!! At last and after too much discussion with other employees and the manager he took me to the reservation department and corrected the mistake. This problem took more than half an hour and my family was waiting outside. Also at check out it took much time to take my language

Cons: . Car Parking is not that big, considering the size of the hotel. The entrance to B2 floor is narrow for big cars.
. We received a call from Hotel's Customer Relations Dept. while we were sleeping thus it was not pleasant.
. There was only 1 bedside table, there should be 1 with each bed.
. The flushing should from the washroom was enough to wake everyone up in the room.
. There was no initiative from the hotel to help with the luggage when we arrived.

Please use better access points. 3. The telephone mouth piece was not working in room 1002. We had to use speaker everytime. Please fix it to avoid inconvenience to future guests
