Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's location near the Haram, making it very convenient for religious visits. Cleanliness and service receive mixed feedback, with some guests appreciating the staff's helpfulness and others noting issues with room maintenance and cleaning. It’s the oldest hotel in the Clock Tower and hence dated. Need to improve the facilities substantially. The air conditioning is too cold and the bathrooms need update. Location wise it can’t go wrong and has decent value for money
