clieanliness and staff
location and logistics
I did not like anything at all??
The reception was bad and the process of entering the worst, knowing that I have reached 20 o'clock rooms were not available to non-smokers, and method of reception staff was not respected, the location of the hotel far, and throngs of people the time of prayers in the bus ride something annoying and barbaric
I liked the number of buses the hotel assigned for going to haram
Everything in the hotel is very expensive. Food is not testy. It is far from Haram, with all the efffort spent to ensure good connection to Haram, it is not alwys working, due to out of hands reasons (hotel management can't do anything for it). Kitchen vave nothing to be used in it.
Excellent decore and furnature and nice staff
Location and the use of public transportation to go to Haram where few bus shuttles and more people to ride
Nothing special I can say... it was normal.
The hotel is far from Haram. Have to use taxi or bus to go to haram which is not convenient everytime.
location of the hotel is suitable also the room is very confi and clean
Bad parking area They do not have reliable transportation to the Haram as promised Room service is insufficient and they usually delay Room supplies are very limited.
big room , alot of chanel TV
far from Haram but there is bus take you there every half hour, not recomended for old pepole
Everything was likeable
There was no Gym
booking.com site mentioned that the place is very close to the main attraction in mecca but this was not true and it took around 10-15 minutes by bus to get there
