Cons: The hotel was helpful in all ways I got stuck there during a typhoon where no boats, cars, or planes could leave the island. So i just had book something and this is what was available. The staff was helpful and full lf good smiles. They were good in giving information and checking things up regarding the typhoon. The suites were great with an exellent view . Didt really get enjoy it and check the rest of the property out since we checked in late and left early morning

Cons: The staff are pretty rude! Not the front desk but everywhere else. No bother in helping you at all and if they do they are very rude about it and just point you instead of really helping! Not so foreign friendly at all.. Please teach staff to be more courteous to guest! i don't know if that's just how they are but in Las Vegas everyone is very courteous and helpful rather than just pointing! This is what makes Las Vegas one of kind! They really make you not want to leave!!!

Cons: Macau is expensive. Food, transport and activities. Taxi drivers can't speak English so be prepared with the printout of the Chinese words, of the venue you are heading.

Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly filipino staff, they make our trip more interesting with their advices and tips about the city. We were impressed by the efficiency housekeeping too. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody. It’s true example of hospitality. Cons: Currently there is a renovation going on and it was disturbing. Although the hotel says there is no construction going on Sundays but I was suffered by the renovation noise from the morning. Also, there is a thin wall between rooms so we heard the very embarrassing intimate noise but quite obvious from the next door in the middle of the night.

Cons: I booked at wrong timing. It is in construction for remodeling the hotel. It is very noisy. They startet at 10am - 6pm. The hotel seems a little bit old school. That is why it needs to be remodeled and offered a low price for me.

Cons: Try to cheat customer by inflating prices and playing around with bogus listing ( which says inclusive of all taxes) but then they add taxes, despite showing several screenshots and proof. This is because booking.com and hotel together try to play this scam. However this matter is subject of dispute, Beware of booking.com as well as concerned hotel who use such practice to compete , to win an edge over others and finally ripoff customer with another 20 to 30 $.

Pros: We decided to spend one night in Macao and quickly started looking for affordable decent accommodation. After some research, we were VERY lucky to find this super little hotel which offered a good room rate, free breakfast and a perfect location. Once we arrived at Gongbei Port in Macao, it was easy to grab a metred taxi which took us directly to our hotel door within a quick 15minute drive : 50 Hong Kong Dollars. Macao accepts Hong Kong Dollars as well as their own currency (MOP) Pataca. The hotel staff spoke English (heavily accented) but still very helpful and friendly. There is an English speaking currency exchange right next to the hotel. The room was quiet, small and clean but had everything we needed for one night including a hairdryer. There were also complimentary bottles of water in the room. The room also has some basic complimentary toiletries (soap/shampoo, toothbrushes, toothpaste, Q tips, comb, etc) and slippers. The rate includes a basic breakfast of cereal, fabulous coffee, juice, noodles, eggs, bacon, sausage, rice porridge, salad and fried rice. The hotel is in a GREAT location with historic tourist attractions (Ruins of St Paul's, Senado Square, Forte de Macao and a lot more) within walking distance +- 12minutes walk. There are many restaurants within walking distance, mini supermarkets, and even a McDonalds close by [next to a large ParknShop Supermarket]. We would highly recommend you eat at the little eatery next to the hotel called Roomage 30 - the food and service are fantastic. Kindly note that the hotel does not offer any parking and street parking is very limited. I have included some photos of the hotel exterior, reception area, room, park opposite the hotel and currency exchange next door.

Pros: Close walk to the tourist trap and zoo that is Senando Square. I like the fact that it is located in a real neighborhood where locals live instead of the fake Disney-like casino areas.
Cons: Noisy and rude mainlanders (what's new?) made would be an enjoyable experience horrible. Had to call front desk twice to get them to tell them to shut up. First time I called it didn't seem to work. Second time I got someone who couldn't speak English unlike the previous guy. Had to go downstairs and muster up my limited Chinese to tell him what is going on. He told them to be quiet but they continued afterwards.
This place needs to always have someone on duty who can speak English and Chinese!

Pros: We decided to spend one night in Macao and quickly started looking for affordable decent accommodation. After some research, we were VERY lucky to find this super little hotel which offered a good room rate, free breakfast and a perfect location. Once we arrived at Gongbei Port in Macao, it was easy to grab a metred taxi which took us directly to our hotel door within a quick 15minute drive : 50 Hong Kong Dollars. Macao accepts Hong Kong Dollars as well as their own currency (MOP) Pataca. The hotel staff spoke English (heavily accented) but still very helpful and friendly. There is an English speaking currency exchange right next to the hotel. The room was quiet, small and clean but had everything we needed for one night including a hairdryer. There were also complimentary bottles of water in the room. The room also has some basic complimentary toiletries (soap/shampoo, toothbrushes, toothpaste, Q tips, comb, etc) and slippers. The rate includes a basic breakfast of cereal, fabulous coffee, juice, noodles, eggs, bacon, sausage, rice porridge, salad and fried rice. The hotel is in a GREAT location with historic tourist attractions (Ruins of St Paul's, Senado Square, Forte de Macao and a lot more) within walking distance +- 12minutes walk. There are many restaurants within walking distance, mini supermarkets, and even a McDonalds close by [next to a large ParknShop Supermarket]. We would highly recommend you eat at the little eatery next to the hotel called Roomage 30 - the food and service are fantastic. Kindly note that the hotel does not offer any parking and street parking is very limited. I have included some photos of the hotel exterior, reception area, room, park opposite the hotel and currency exchange next door.

Pros: I really appreciated the location, it feels like a small district with family run businesses (even if it might not be true) around. Not crowded, nice coffee shop, good food and affordable for Macau. The hotel breakfast was really good and the area for eating was comfy.
Cons: The hotel room didn't have a window, not such a good feeling. Except that, I hardly can see other issues, the hotel is pretty good and the price is fair I think.

Cons: It’s a very worn off and filthy hotel. The room filled with very unpleasant odour. The sewage system in the bathroom is bad. The bed is dirty, the blanket contained some bad smells. The kettle in d room is dirty. The cabinets and the fittings in d room and bathroom all are way too old and far below my expectations.

Cons: the aircon is not functioning well aside from the bed. The bed is not soft. It is as if we are lying in a piece of wood without any foam. I had back ache when i woke up.

Pros: The location is really very good! The hotel is a bit hard to see when you walk on the street because it's hidden among less impressive looking buildings. But once you go inside everything is nice and shiny. There's also A LOT of bus stops within 5 minutes walking into each direction, so you can go anywhere you want pretty fast. Night buses stop there as well. There's a supermarket, a bakery and a 7/11 nearby. Most tourist attractions in Macau Penisula are about 30 minutes on foot from the hotel, which is also very nice. The staff don't speak much English, but they're friendly and will help you with what you need.

No breakfast, very rude staff, no toilet paper and no soap in the loby toilet, bad smell, blood on each bed linen, room ridiculously small ( I took a triple room, it was written 46 m2 on booking.com, that is far from being true. For real, not more than 14m2!!!). The room are very old and dirty. This is not a 3 star hotel, and this is incredibly expensive for such a bad hotel. I will never come back!

Pros: The location is really very good! The hotel is a bit hard to see when you walk on the street because it's hidden among less impressive looking buildings. Cons: One weird thing was that at check-in I paid with cash and did not automatically receive a receipt for it. I didn't notice at the time because I was exhausted from travel. BUT once I did notice I just went down to the reception and they prepared the receipt for me no problem. So I guess you just have to remember about it yourself.
