Pros (+) The individual at the front was an absolutely disgusting host. My customer service experience was disgraceful. Coming from the United States I know that some customer service employees can lack manners. I have never experienced such disrespect as I did at this hotel.
Cons (-) I thought that the man working at the customer service desk was completely disrespectful and very unprofessional.
