Pros: We liked everything, the hotel, the rooms, shopping center and stuff. We enjoyed every minute in it and we would definetly come back. We waited a little bit longer in the line for check in, so they offered us later check out next day for free. Everybody speaks English which is very important thing to check in a hotel before coming to China.

Pros: The pool and pool staff were the best part of the hotel. The proximity to the casino would probably be great for people who wanted to spend a lot of time there. The room was nice but even in the non-smoking area the sheets smelt like tobacco. Overall, it wasn’t worth the stay.

Cons: The staff was not very accommodating. We were 10 minutes early for check in time and told to wait behind a velvet rope which was ridiculous. To get a new bathroom towel you had to exchange your old one. They refused extra water. It seemed like they were running a low budget hotel not a 5 star resort. There are definitely way better hotels in Macau. Don’t get fooled by the brand. Such a shame.

Pros: Excellent hotel with excellent location. Extremely clean and comfortable. Easy to access everywhere. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly filipino staff, they make our trip more interesting with their advices and tips about the city. We were impressed by the efficiency housekeeping too. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody. It’s true example of hospitality. Thank you Mr. Patrick Ong for the birthday cake for my mom, we really enjoyed it. Thanks again GRAND LAPA!

Cons: Currently there is a renovation going on and it was disturbing. Although the hotel says there is no construction going on Sundays but I was suffered by the renovation noise from the morning. Also, there is a thin wall between rooms so we heard the very embarrassing intimate noise but quite obvious from the next door in the middle of the night.

Cons: I booked at wrong timing. It is in construction for remodeling the hotel. It is very noisy. They startet at 10am - 6pm. The hotel seems a little bit old school. That is why it needs to be remodeled and offered a low price for me.

Cons: You have to pay 15USD for wi-fi connection per day. Which is riddicilous. It's not even a proper connection, very slow in the evening.
Appliances and furnitures in the room was not in good shape and not very clean. There were cracks on the walls and on the ceiling.
Our last breakfast order was horrible, despite that we paid the same, we received poor quality contents for some reason.
