10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff at this hotel went above and beyond! We were looking for a something specific at the shops and asked where it could be found - they phoned several shops, found one, had it put it aside for us and organised a taxi to take us there and then pick us up afterwards. Have never received service this exceptional before!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location (5-minute walk from the station on the east side which is the happening side), very nice and responsive staff, very clean. EXCELLENT value.
Cons: Small room for American taste, but fine for Japan so no complaints.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The staff was prompt and meticulous, they try their best to address our concerns even when there were some issues communicating. The air-conditioning in the room works great.
Cons: The hotel utilises a parking tower to park its visitors' cars. It is therefore inconvenient if you wish to access your car later should you forget something, and also a challenge to park for bigger cars/for people who encounter it the first time.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Great location with lots of restaurants and izakayas in the area. Walking distance from the train station (east exit)
Cons: Wifi slowed down terribly at about 8pm due to too much traffic. Needed to setup a phone hotspot to continue working.

Pros: Room size was adequate
Cons: Only one chair in a room for 2 people
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very friendly, courteous and professional. They know when to assist guests and how to provide the private space while most hotels and inns in Japan, for an instance, tend to give too much vocal greetings like entering the restaurant. With the Japan Rail Pass, the location by the station was perfect to travel in and out during the day and night (perhaps the closest hotel to the West exit at Fukushima Station) . Very clean and quite quiet at night with comfortable beds.
Cons: The room rate fluctuates depending on weekdays or weekends in addition to the seasons, although it seems to be customary in Japan.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Location

7,5 Good
Pros: Good location. Comfortable. Good value for money.
Cons: Bathroom had some mold.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great value, room is very clean and tidy. Food also very good not much choices but with much quality. Staffs are very helpful. Highly recommend.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Slightly more spacious than a typical Japanese hotel of this price range (Standard Semi Double room). Good quality breakfast in which you had a choice of a Japanese or "Western" (pastries) buffet style. It is a part of the Fukushima station building, so it is very convenient to do many things. It was quiet despite the fact that the room was facing the train rails. Clean room, and polite and professional staff. But, I am not sure if they can speak English at all or any more than some simple phrases.
Cons: Not really. But, I hope the hotel will continue to devise ways to increase recyclable items (rather than disposable items), reduce waste in general (e.g., give more incentives to customers who decline daily room cleaning and re-supply of toiletries), and better accommodate people with different physical disabilities.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast, very convenient location and super clean.
Cons: It's a business hotel, so the rooms are quite small. However, very clean and well laid out.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Next to Fukushima Station and places to eat.

Hotel Sunroute Fukushima - Fukushima - Building
5
7,5 Good (981 reviews)

Located to the west side of Kanagawa Prefectural Government, 7 minutes walk to downtown area around the Fukusima Station. You can enjoy seasonal cuisine and local sake in "Jidori-gyosai Fukusuke", a Japanese-style pub, whichi crowded with both hotel guests and local customers, on the ground floor. What is also attractive is the reasonable accomodation charge of our budget-minded hote.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Upgraded us to a bigger room
Cons: There is no English name on outside of Hotel building so it was a little bit hard to find.
7,5 Good
Pros: The entire hotel is very old style, while it does bring it's own charm some people might like a bit more modern style. I personally don't mind a little Showa :)
Cons: The room smell of tabaco and can't recall wether we had the choice between smoke or non-smoking. I could hear the crossing sounds from the streets very well and they don't stop, bring ear plugs

2,0 Mediocre
Pros: breakfast was of poor quality, meals quickly finished and were not replaced, terribly cold in the room at the end of October, no way to control temperature in the room, given by request heater was noisy and obsolete, pillow was small, small room
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Located just in front of the West exist of the station. A lot of shops are located at the east side of the station but you can easily access by underpass.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Met my needs for two nights, lovely and quite but only a stone's throw from night life.
8,2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is older but very well maintained. Our room was clean and comfortable. It's a really good stay for the price. The front desk staff speaks enough English to get by. Some of the night staff does not, but they were very accommodating using Google translate. Great experience.
Cons: The bed is a little hard and there is no air conditioning, but the staff gave us a key to open the window. Parking was about 500 yen and a block down the street.
