Pros: The location is excellent, perched on a bluff overlooking the Lake. Nicely designed and laid out room. We had a corner Jr. Suite with 2 balconies--great! The one drawback, the shower had great heads and pressure but was so small as to make showering difficult. You practically had to turn off the shower in order to soap up. We actually didn't eat in the hotel, though not because it was a poor choice--just didn't work out that way.

Pros: The room was beautiful with a very good bed and perfect facilities in the bathroom. The bathtub was very good. The location is very good and we recommend a balcony room with beautiful view to the lake. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
Cons: There was no charging station at the bedside which is important for charging cell phones while listening to audio books for instance. Disappointing that there is no hot tub in the spa. The safe deposit box is on the floor and we are too old to kneel on the floor.

Cons: We had a three person room and the twin bed was an AIR MATTRESS! It was deflated when we got in the room and had to call the desk to get someone to fill it back up. Over the course of the night it deflated to the point it was like sleeping on a hammock.. the desk should have given a major discount for this clearly (or so I would hope) over booking of triple rooms.

Cons: The room was very small, much smaller than the pictures. The smallest we've ever stayed in Switzerland. The ceiling was low, you can touch it with your hand without tiptoeing. The room was decorated with a huge golden mirror in the attempt to make the room looked bigger, but it didn't. The "city view" in our room was mostly blocked by the building next to the hotel. The floor was uneven. Very disappointed.

Cons: At the main entrance of the hotel there was a beautiful stair but with the pram it was impossible for us to go upstairs, we had to carry it by ourselves all the time, no lift from the entrance to the reception floor and no help from the staff.

The breakfast was phenomenal, and definitely added a lot of value to the price of the room. We enjoyed using the complimentary bicycles. The daily beverages were a welcome treat at the end of a long day of sightseeing.
We had a wonderful stay, and have nothing but the highest compliments for the staff. They were friendly, warm, welcoming, and helpful. Arlinda always seemed ready to go the extra mile to make our stay extra special. Our thanks to her and everyone else who made our trip a huge success.

Pros: The staff was incredible! From the front desk to the restaurant, everyone was kind and helpful. Our kids loved the complimentary scooters to take around the city. A super fun surprise. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Our kids loved the chocolates on their pillows and the bubble gum waterfall in the room. So cute!

I requested a dental kit, and to be honest, I was a bit surprised at having to collect this in person. The main train station, the exhibition centre & Luzern museum of arts (KKL) were a stone's throw away. My room was spacious, comfortable, clean and tidy. The en suite was immaculate. On the whole, the staff were friendly, smiling and helpful.

I called and explained the situation and she came with an applicable transfer charger at once- It was 11 pm!

Cons: Lack of front staff, towels were small, you walked out of the shower & straight into the room, so no privacy!

Pros: Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, both in terms of making our stay at the hotel comfortable and helping us navigate the city. For the price we were paying, the room was very comfortable -- had everything we needed to get by.
Cons: The room was not very conducive to getting work done -- small desk, uneven lighting. Definitely this is only a place to park yourself and get sleep. Would have been helpful to have a mini-fridge so I could store leftovers from meals out.

Pros: we were made welcome from the very start. nothing was too much trouble. the breakfast selection was great. the location was close to food outlets and a super market, directly near a bus station. they gave us a free bus pass and discounts for attractions. Due to the great location on occasion we were able to walk to the main centre and train station, The old town was located near the train station. A great place to stay.
Cons: The bed was a little on the firm side for us, however was still comfortable.

Pros: Though it is not at the heart of downtown, there is a bus stop near. So it is still convenient. I like the coffee during breakfast.
Cons: The towels are small and not enough. The toilet and shower area are small, but decent. The shower does not offer privacy. I would prefer unlimited coffee. I would also appreciate some sausages and bacon for breakfast.

Pros: Location was good and close to bus stop which helped ease transportation. Breakfast was fine, staff was friendly.
Cons: The amenities of the room were less than sub-par. The toilet didn't have a lock and the shower was glass/ see-thru which was weird for a triple room since we're just a group of friends. The pillows were terrible and there weren't enough towels for all of us. The temperature was too hot so we had to keep the window open- even in November.

Pros: Well, they gave free zone 10 pass for the whole stay....it's definitely not included in the price, yet they gave it as compliment. Nice gesture, It would have saved atleast 20 CHF for me. Food was excellent and they have served Indian food to my surprise. Thick milk, quality flaks, nice crossiant and excellent cut fruits for break fast. Very prime area. With free zone 10 pass provided by hotel, you can cover all near by must see attractions like chappel bridge, lion monument, etc..... Nice place to stay with family and of course for business travel too. Room was peaceful and had very good night sleep.

Pros: Staff were extremely hospitable and helpful. Flo made checkin really easy and very approachable. I forgot the name of the lady that speaks Italian but she was very kind in helping us as well. Price is good compared to other hotels. Breakfast exceeded our expectations. Will recommend to family and friends.

Cons: 1. room cleanliness 2. carpets in the room (don't get me started) 3. Room decor 4. wall colors 5. noise from the whole world .... (upstairs, outside the room, on the road) 6. no basic accessories such as coffee, kettle, toiletries were missing just not a pick if you are looking to have a 'relaxing time' in your room.
