Very helpful and accommodating staff... we were able to store our luggage until the room was ready and as we'd gone for a trip around the lake and up the Rigi, we'd returned rather late and the bags were in the room for us. Older style electrical sockets meant we needed an adapter which was provided gratis. Exvellent location.... just a pity we couldn't make more of our time there.
