Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent central location, which is convenient for exploring the city and close to many attractions. However, many reviews mention issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms and inadequate housekeeping. Service is often criticized, particularly the self check-in process, which is described as problematic or impersonal, and the lack of staff presence. Several guests also note that the rooms are small or cramped, with some mentioning discomfort due to room size or layout. Overall, while the location is a major highlight, improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and room size.

Pros (+) The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. Good breakfast.
Cons (-) I could hear the people above walking around at all hours. It sounded like they were moving furniture. The room was a little cramped with the bed taking up most of the space. No desk and inadequate lighting. The “courtyard view“ was a just a wall that didn’t provide any extra light.
