Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore Lucerne and enjoy scenic views. The staff received frequent compliments for their friendliness and helpfulness, and many guests found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. However, a significant number of reviews mentioned discomfort due to the lack of air conditioning, especially during warm weather, and some found the rooms small or outdated.
