Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to Paddington station and local amenities. Many also complimented the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness, with several guests describing rooms as dusty, dirty, or poorly maintained. Room size was another common issue, with many finding the accommodations small and cramped. Noise from trains and the street, as well as the lack of an elevator and steep stairs, were also noted as negatives. Overall, while the location and staff were highlights, cleanliness and comfort left much to be desired.
