size of room
Bathroom could have been a little bigger.
I have stayed a number of times and like the breakfast and the location.
The rooms are small
Location, room was cleaned very well, pleasant staff can be rated high for this hotel. I was given a room on the 5th floor, nice view of the sunset, so west side view of London.
The room was very clean, bedding was fresh, this seemed like the making of a good night's rest. But, sound carried from the next rooms; be it flushing, voices could be overheard (fortunately not to the point of overhearing conversations) As I was sleeping during the night, an unpleasant almost horrible odor filled the room! It seems the plumbing hadn't been maintained. Turning on the AC helped a bit. I hid my nose under the covers and managed to fall back asleep. It was gone early morning, so was going to stay a little longer, but decided to check out early because it recurred, even if I had the plugged the bathtub and sink. The lift made strange noises, never heard before, so was a bit scary to ride to the 5th floor!
I liked the staff, very friendly and nice.
I did not like room 501 which I got the first night. The room is not the size for two persons. But the staff helped the next morning and gave us a bigger one.
