Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near transport and attractions, but report significant issues with service, including unresponsive or absent staff and poor communication. Cleanliness is a concern, with several mentions of dirty rooms, smelly carpets, and moldy bathrooms. Many guests are disappointed by the lack of breakfast despite website claims, and uncomfortable beds are a recurring problem. While a few guests found the hotel adequate for the price, the majority caution against staying due to these persistent problems.AI-generated from customer reviews
