Pros (+) Breakfast ends at 8:45!! That is too early. Seems like they want you to miss it.

Pros (+) Cheap. Central location.
Cons (-) Loud (could hear neighboring rooms), little insulation in the windows. Incredibly rude staff. No soaps or anything of the like.
