Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near Victoria Station and tourist attractions, as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Many guests appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms. However, a major drawback mentioned by several reviewers was the very small room size. Accessibility was also a concern, as there is no elevator and many rooms require climbing several flights of stairs, which could be difficult for some guests. Overall, the positives of location, service, and cleanliness stood out, but room size and accessibility were common issues.AI-generated from customer reviews
