Everything. The staff were rude, the room door didn't lock. There were drug dealers staying in the hotel. The place didn't feel safe. The rooms were in poor condition. The smell in the rooms was disgusting. They tried to charge me again for the room when I had already paid. I would never stay at this place again, and would never recommend this to anyone!

Comfortable bed, bathroom looked fairly new. 24 hour reception.
Bathroom smelt of mildew, fan was very noisy, carpet needs a good clean or replacing. only 1 mug for the room should be 3, coffee sachets in the room was so old they were stale. Got up for breakfast for 7.30 only to be told it wouldn't be served till 8. Couldn't wait so left without.

Ok, nothing to talk about. Location is good.
There were bed bugs !!! On the bed and toilet /shower floor. Could not get a good nights sleep as I spotted them at 12 am. Did call the person, ADITYA managing the reception at that time to inform him. His reaction ... there are no bed bugs. I have not put it there. When I challenged him, he threatened me , to call the police. I went down and spoke to him after that at 12.30am. He was rude, arrogant , had no manners, kept arguing and continued to be indifferent about the issue without trying to help resolve it. Only thing he said was I have spoken to the manager, he said, he will refund your money £65. And was very patronising, as if he was doing me a favour. I complained to the Manager, Mr Bhavan next morning who apologised and said, will speak to him. But I am not sure whether anything will come out of it. ADITYA CANNOT BE IN HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY WITH HIS ARROGANCE, ATTITUDE AND BEHAVOUR. He should be sacked by his manager immediately, else this hotel is headed to losing customers. I suggest, since you do the booking for them, kindly take up the issue. My money for the room has been refunded. The manager did apolgise but i feel , Aditya needs to go.

Warm good heater. Breakfast was good.
Needs lots of Tlc, looks tired. Breakfast was a nice surprise, but over worked staff.Had to suffer, listening to a disgruntled customer complain about his room. He was handed a phone, at the breakfast table, and it was very uncomfortable the conversation, how it came across. Could of been dealt with in a private manner. This hotel is run on a shoestring. Needs a seat in the bedroom. Tiles in shower room look shabby the grout. The safe in the room, did not work not enough batteries for digital display. Mouldy gone off skimmed milk, when opened sealed container, for the tea and coffee. On the plus side lovely and warm, quiet room. Would we stay again, sorry that's a No. A big shame, as its so conveniently placed by Victoria Coach Station. Double bed very small, not sure if it was a double bed.

Great location
No cereal for breakfast and staff unable to refill the container. Previous breakfast dishes left on tables so had to "share" with dirty plates. Mold in shower and rusty shower curtain pole.
