Pros (+) Great location! Close to Victoria Coach and Underground stations. About a 30 minute walk to Big Ben. Nice staff and good breakfast.
Cons (-) No lift, which we knew about when we booked but it was still a lot of stairs to go up when you're tired at the end of the day. The floors were a bit creaky and the rooms are small.
