Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near Victoria Station and public transport, making it convenient for sightseeing and travel. Many found the staff to be friendly and helpful, with some highlighting daily room service and luggage assistance. However, several reviews noted issues with cleanliness, such as dusty rooms and stained linens, and many guests found the rooms and bathrooms to be very small. Bed comfort received mixed feedback, with some finding it adequate and others mentioning hard or stained mattresses. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its location and service, but improvements are needed in cleanliness and room size.AI-generated from customer reviews
