Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, excellent location close to attractions and amenities, and the variety and quality of food, especially at breakfast and in the restaurant. Cleanliness was generally appreciated, with many noting clean rooms and public areas, though a few mentioned occasional lapses. The overall atmosphere was positive, with guests enjoying the facilities and value for price. Some minor issues were noted, such as limited sunbeds by the pool, basic rooms, and occasional maintenance needs, but these did not significantly detract from the overall positive experience.
