7,9 Good
Pros: Booked following a last minute cancellation by The Ford who had over booked. Last minute booking and wouldn’t have been our choice as it was more expensive. Beautiful location. Very old house with character. Quirky. Not my choice but Hannah was so welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and the dining room was beautiful. The downside was not accessing WiFi
Cons: The bedroom was quite filled with antique wardrobes, dressing table and 5 other small tables. We had chosen a double bed with our previous booking : this last minute reservation had 2 single beds. My husband is large framed and over 6ft. tall. Unfortunately, prior to our stay he had been very unwell and desperate to lie down, rolled off the bed banging his head on the table squeezed between the bed and bureau. Not his day!

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Stayed in the lodges fantastic lodge had a fantastic ,2night stay thank youn
Cons: Nothing everything was great thank you
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location was fabulous - beautiful, quaint Kenmare. We loved the pathway to the town center. We stayed in the lodges and found them to be clean, very spacious, modern, and had everything we needed. While we didn't have much contact with staff (other than check-in/out), and we did not eat in the restaurant, we loved our space in the lodge. I was also impressed that Kenmare Bay Hotel/Lodges are a green facility and practice recycling/conservation. It is so important for a small country like the Republic of Ireland, and the beautiful Kerry County and surrounding area to stay preserved and clean. Our place was peaceful, quiet, and exceeded our expectations! We loved surrounding Kenmare and found it a great town that had all we needed; shops, restaurants, pubs, music, and gorgeous scenery. Thank you for your hospitality!

Pros: Tranquil.very quiet.nice walk to town
Cons: I know it's not possible for every room to have a nice view.next time I'll request it.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel was clean & comfortable. Room was spotless and cosy. Separate shower and bath in the bathroom of superior room. Pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steamroom and gym are great facilities. Good location, probably about 10 minutes walk to town centre - there is a shortcut, ask staff. Had dinner in the bar on night 1 which was amazing. The best fillet steak I have had in a long time. Breakfast was buffet style and was also great. Great hotel for families.
Cons: Paid extra for a superior room and to be honest I didn't see anything amazing or superior about it. Just like a standard hotel room. The bathroom was probably a bit larger than what I'd expect. Got complimentary water on day one which wasnt replaced on day 2. Also annoying when you hear that other customers spent over €50 less than we did but got an 1 extra night and an evening meal. I know this isnt the fault of the hotel but for future customers make sure to check around for deals on other sites
