Pros: Central and the access to the Thermen via funicular railway.
Cons: Reconstruction to the hotel meant no bar or restaurant and breakfast served in a conference room.
Pros: Breakfast was good but not a lot of variety, it was very typical. On the second day I found out I could order an omelet and this was perfect for a change. The room was clean and spacious for a couple with a baby. We requested a cot for our baby and it was perfect. The beds were comfortable as well as the pillows and sheets. Temperature in the room was good. The room was not noisy even though the window was located to the main street. Location was perfect to the small downtown and restaurants in the area. What we really enjoy was the location and access to the Spa directly this was perfect and very convenient for us. I would definitely recommend to stay and we will visit again for this main reason. We requested a late check out to enjoy more the hotel and the facilities.
Cons: Parking the car was a bit complicated there were two options the hotel parking which is very expensive or in the street. There were spots available outside of the hotel however the hotel warned that you could get a fine. We saw cars parked in the same spot during our stay. Luckily there was a parking space about 30mts from the entrance. The breakfast needs more variety for example I was expecting waffles or to make our own waffle being in Belgium and it was surprising not see this in the breakfast. Checking in and out took a long time this needs to improve.
Cons: The restaurant was closed
Pros: Pleasant place to stay. Relaxed and friendly.
Pros: Upgrade to a suite with balcony overlooking the town.
Buffet breakfast was excellent.
Staff is excellent, particularly on checking in and out.
Cons: Parking nearby is difficult and garage parking is pricey.
Pros: Great hotel connected to Spa Thermes - very convenient to take the elevator to the spa area. Nice breakfast with good variety. Strong fast wifi. Really central location.
Cons: The cleaning was not up to speed in the hotel. Wet bath robes have not been changed for 3 days, neither have been wet towels. Shampoo / conditioner have not been replenished. Unclear parking procedures - the sign on the wall says not to park in front of the hotel, yet many cars are parked, and the hotel managers don't give explanations.

Pros: Great location, nice breakfast and very clean and comfy little room
Pros: Rooms are very clean and well equiped. Breakfast is superbe. Large parkingspace and wellness-complex is as it should be. Free access to wellness included in roomprice (depends on roomtype). Would definitly book again. Staff is very polite and professional
Pros: Friendly staff, delicious food in the restaurant. The room was basic but clean and comfortable.
Cons: Everything was great!
Pros: Location. Very comfortable bed in the suit
Cons: The restaurant is overpriced for the quality of food it offers. High end prices for ok food. Laminate floor in a suite seems cheap and the low quality sofa bed did not add to the luxury feeling.
Pros: Rooms were clean and breakfast was good
Cons: Spa center was tiny and packed with people at the weekend. We couldn’t spend much time there
This wooden tree house is set in the forest, just a 5-minute drive from the centre of Spa. It is heated and features a furnished balcony and free wired internet. La Cabane du Bois Dormant features an African-inspired décor and comes with a flat-screen TV. It has a coffee machine, kettle, and minibar. It has a bathroom and a shower set in a hallowed out tree trunk. Packed lunches are available on request. Guests can rent bicycles and cycle through Spa’s lush countryside. Francorchamps Circuit is a 5-minute drive and 20-minute walk from La Cabane du Bois Dormant.
Pros: Clean. Big .comfortable .the lady so friendly and helpful.fresh environment in the forest .the way to the centre by walk is awesome
Cons: Far from the centre
Pros: We loved the breakfast, as well as the location which is near the Spa Francorchamps race track. The cabane is also quite modern with a great bathroom and the bed is super comfy. There is also some nice restaurant at 5min from here.
Cons: We had what seems to be a mouse during our second night, which didn't feels great at 3AM. Some spiders and spiderwebs as well, but it is a cabane in the wood so..

Pros: The taff spoke Dutch, which was very nice. Check-in and check-out was fast and correct. The breakfast was great! The rooms are very clean!
Cons: Although the two beds were placed together, they were separate bedsheets.
Pros: the piano bar on Saturday and The warm Jakuzi outside t
Cons: I didn't like the, Hammam; not warm enough
Cons: There was no one even in desk for responding the people. It was not clean .
Pros: The breakfast
Cons: Most of the facilities listed are not included in the price you pay on booking.com. This isn't clear from the booking.com listing. It appears the hotel chose to list every activity available on its premises and in the surrounding locale and claim these are for the most part free and connected to the hotel. This verges on misrepresentation. Furthermore, the rooms were dated, worn and cramped. This might've been more excusable if the hotel offered 4 star facilities, but as it doesn't, such substandard accommodation is certainly not befitting of a 4 star hotel, and falls well below the standard of every other 4 star hotel I have stayed in. Overall a thoroughly disappointing and overpriced stay.
Pros: We were on the 5th floor and the view towards the lake was very nice. Quiet room, no noise from the corridor. The breakfast was very good, big variety.
Cons: The wellness centre is not big, a steam room, sauna and jacuzzi, so could get crowded. Same for the parking, we had to park on the side of the road.
Pros: Location of ok
Cons: The reception staff was very unpleasant, we asked to go to the restaurant and the lady from the reception was very negative and full of herself saying that we should have booked a table at the restaurant inside the hotel. She didn't try to help at all. On the top of that, she didn't guide us at the other brasserie. She didn't even care to provide the minimum of the information in order for us to get dinner. Very disappointed by the reception staff and about the coordination between the reception and restaurant and brasserie inside the hotel.
Renovated in 2018, the Manoir de Lébioles offers both holiday makers and business travelers a pleasant stay in Spa. In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings. According to our trusted guests, the facilities at this hotel are first-rate.
Pros: Friendly staff, explain the dishes at dinner. The food was amazing! The fall scenery was wonderful. Spa is small but worth booking a really great massage.
Pros: This hotel is in a lovely secluded, peaceful location. The suite we had was truly comfortable with a great bed , free standing bath, spacious bathroom , lovely views The waiting staff were very helpful, they anticipated needs and were very pleasant especially in the evenings We enjoyed drinks by the open fire before dinner The food was special and well presented in the restaurant in the evening ( dessert menu was rather weak by contrast) The pool was a perfect temperature and the other spa facilities quiet and spotlessly clean Extensive wine menu We had a lovely break and would happily return
Cons: The hotel is a beautiful retreat from a busy schedule for those who want to be picky: Pillows were below expectations for this quality of hotel No covered walk way from the spa to the hotel main building ( it was raining and 3’ outside...) - they should really build a glassed in walk way The breakfast is perfectly ok but a bit below the overall level of the hotel No lift The food in the restaurant whilst very good is overpriced in comparison to excellent restaurants of a similar style and level in the area It’s not cheap - but it’s lovely...
Pros: The view, the gardens, the castle.... The service and the food in the restaurant - very good and tasty!
Cons: The wind was blowing very strong all the time and the windows were not isolated. So we had really noise all the night ( our room was on the last floor ) The mirror in the bathroom is so low, that you must take chair to sit or to be high not more then 140,to see yourself:)
Pros: The estate was gorgeous. Every detail was luxurious. My husband and I experienced massages at the spa and it was extremely relaxing. The spa facilities were fantastic with a jetted pool, sauna and steam room. We also walked the grounds in the morning which was a great small hike. The whole experience was perfect.
Pros: Walking through the forest. Relaxing in the spa. Evening meal outstanding and room was exquisite.

Pros: soft ben, and the ventilator worked well..
Cons: I did not knew avout extra toerist fee
Cons: The price compared with what you get at this place felt like extortion we wont be back
Pros: Services perfect
Pros: very friendly staff, rooms are very clean. nice little romantic hotel. located in walking distance of the little town of Aywaille with many nearby restaurants and bars, but still not too crowded. Nice park next to the hotel. There is a nice jogging path along the river. But most of all, try the restaurant of this hotel. Extremely good seafood dishes, good service, nice wine and champagne. Very professional. They offered gluten free bread to me for dinner and breakfast and even offered us a coffee at 6am when the breakfast room was still closed.

Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The spaceousness of the room, the proximity to everything in Spa, the nice beds and shower and pleasant reception
Cons: Had some difficulty with the wifi but really, that is just nitpicking. Nice continental breakfast but nothing warm (except a hard-boiled egg) on offer apart from machine-coffee
Pros: Lovely building, central location with parking, very clean and excellent value for money! Very close to the spa - so if I went again I would definitely choose this vs Radisson.
Pros: the stuffs are very nice and helpful. the hotel is historical and beautiful!
Pros: Discretely luxurious and very charming. Very kind reception personnel. Great location on a quitet street but within walking distance from all the landmarks in Spa.
Pros: Nice location with lots of charm. Beautiful, clean rooms. Very quiet.
Cons: Buffet breakfast was ok, but there could've been more choice.
Pros: liked the welcome, the helpfulness of the staff, the good breakfast, the location ,the calm and the quiet luxury of this hotel
Pros: good bathroom and breakfast
Cons: v dark room
Pros: Location, size of rooms, friendly staff
Pros: Attractive, city-centre hotel. Pleasant staff. Little English spoken by receptionist - but then why should she - it's in Belgium. Pretty garden with tables & chairs. Limited secure parking.
Cons: Rooms 16 & 26 wrap around lift shaft. Lighting to room could have been better. Breakfast doesn't start until 8.00, which is too late.
Pros: Very friendly staff, very polite and helpful. Beautiful setting, right in the middle of spa, but in a quiet road. Secure parking.
Cons: The pillows were a bit big and hard
Pros: Room was of an excellent size, especially teh high ceilings and large doors, which made it feel special.
Cons: No. Would stay there again.
Pros: excelent hospitality, lovely atmosphere, Fresh, spacious and clean rooms with many historical details. Your stay makes you feel like a royal princess.
Pros: Very good location; clean room; nice breakfast buffet.
Pros: The atmosphere of the building, the quietness
With a stay at Hotel La Reine in Spa, you'll be next to a golf course, within a 15-minute drive of Spa-Francorchamps and Thermes de Spa. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, luggage storage, and laundry facilities. Guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle for a surcharge, and self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Location excellent, private parking. On site restaurant had excellent quality food and service. Quiet location despite being so close to town centre. Complimentary fresh fruit and drink in room was a nice touch.
Cons: We both thought that the towels in the bathroom did not match the quality of all else that was provided in our room. They were really clean and changed each day but were a bit threadbare. This was a minor dislike only and would not stop me recommending this hotel to family and friends.
Pros: Very clean, great beds, superb breakfast, great location, friendly service. Everything you want from a hotel.
Cons: The bedrooms weren’t in the hotel building, but in a motel-style arrangement behind it. This wasn’t apparent from the photos. Not a major thing, but we prefer to know up front.
Pros: Clean room
Cons: Unattended check in - office was locked on arrival at 18:00; definitely no Concierge service. Facilities of Hotel La Reine text notes Wellness facilities: Spa & Wellness Centre"- It does not clarify in the text that this is Off-Site - May be misleading.
Cons: The furniture was old (especially the bed).
Pros: Motel arrangement within a little courtyard. Very nice layout. A short walk from centre.
Cons: Room was sprayed with strong lavender to mask a horrible stink from drains. When the lavender wore off it was horrible. Kept bathroom door shut and windows open which helped. Felt that was a bit disingenuine.
Pros: Great location, affordable, no unpleasant surprises about the room or charges, extremely friendly staff, the room was cleaned every day.
Cons: The garage door wouldn’t open, we had to ask the staff to help us every time we needed our car (they were nice enough to help us immediately every time though)
Pros: Great location, facilities, staff and breakfast selection
Hotel La crémaillère is located at Jalhay a small Ardennes village on the foot of the fagnes. It is not far away from the 'Baraque Michel' and 'Signal de Botrange' (this is the highest top of Belgium (700m)). Jalhay is not far away from Spa, also called 'the pearl of the Ardennes'. This pearl is famous because of his health baths. With 15 km of francorchamps and its racing set and to 12 km of the town of Spa. We propose to you a hotel of charm with 8 suits and comfort.
Pros: The quality of the food was fantastic, but be prepared for a "French" only language menu in the hotel. The salads were exquisite with fresh berries, tomato's, greens, duck, etc., etc. The hotel is located in the middle of "hiking central". You can take one of the walks from the center of town or travel 5-10 clicks to one of the parks in the region. In town, there's a grocery so you can supplement your drink and snack desires. Almost across the street is a pizza restaurant that has mixed reviews but we found the food quality very good and the prices were cheaper than the hotel restaurant. It was nice to have a separated sitting area too. Lastly, the person at the morning breakfast (included) was super nice and had all the tables set with starters. Cheese and meat were delivered to the table as part of breakfast and we asked if a soft boiled egg was included and she made that happen too.
Cons: The room was fairly warm (it's August) and there's no air conditioning. A fan would have helped. By morning it was cool and you needed a sheet to cover you. The beds were not as comfortable as we expected. My spouse's bed was too hard and my bed leaned to the left everywhere so it felt like I was rolling out of bed. The second floor rooms are accessed by a tiny set of stairs that were circular so it was difficult to carry luggage upstairs. If possible, only take the minimum amount you need if you have a second floor room.
Pros: Collette and family were excellent hosts, made us feel very welcome.
Pros: Very comfy bed Felt like staying in a little house Breakfast was delicious Very close to other places of interest such as Spa
Pros: Very nice staff, relaxed atmosphere The whole town is pleasant The breakfast was the same every day, and very sweet, but the lady was very happy to prepare tasty eggs, etc. Comfortable parking Dog and cat are running around the hotel :-)
Cons: Very fluctuating or rather weak wifi signal Not very comfortable double bed The hotel does not sort waste The staff spoke only French. Also the restaurant menu was French
Pros: Location, style and helpfulness of staff
Pros: Dog friendly clean accommodation. Grand space and clean. Restaurant is a bit pricey, but it’s a local hotspot, so well worth it.

Not far from the wonderful High Fens and the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps, you will find the romantic accommodation of the Hostellerie Au Vieux Hetre. This charming family hotel is conveniently situated near several major roads and offers free parking. The owners will give you a warm welcome and make sure you feel completely at home. The flower garden with its wonderful small ponds offers a great place to sit out in the summer – listen to birds singing and simply relax. There is a French brasserie in Hostellerie Au Vieux Hetre.
Pros: Breakfast was good! More than enough :)
Pros: Location and food in the restaurant were amazing. Owner/host was very nice.
Cons: Beds were very hard. Bathroom was part of the room and only separater with a curtain.
Pros: Very pleasant relaxed atmosphere.... restaurant was excellent.... good location and helpful staff... would certainly use again when in the area...
Cons: Nothing to dislike...
Pros: Hotel owner was very helpful and friendly. Breakfeast very well prepared and presented.
Cons: Room was very basic, bathroom very basic, bead collapsed and I had to reinsert the structural wood panels that came off. Price point is off, more In the 65-75 Euro area then 89 Euro.
Pros: The location for Spa for the formula 1 was excellent
Cons: The bathroom in the room separated by a curtain is a bit basic
Pros: Very picturesque small hotel. Owner Mr Robert taking extremely good care of his guests, making the stay something extraordinary. Superb restaurant in hotel.
Pros: The whole hotel is a joy the Food served in the restaurant was fantastic.
Cons: I think a little more choice on breakfast would really bring the whole experience to a 10 out of 10 .
Surrounded by nature 5 km from the centre of Spa and a 12-minute drive from the Circuit of Spa-Francorchamps, this guest house comes with functional rooms, an on-site bistro with a terrace, and free WiFi. It is provided with a children’s playground and private parking. The rooms are equipped with hardwood floors. The dormitory and double room feature a shared bathroom with a shower, while the quadruple room has a private bathroom with a bath, a shower and wash basins. Domaine De Malchamps comprises a bistro, where you can taste traditional snacks and dishes. When the weather is nice, you can sit on the terrace. A sauna and hot tub are accessible for an additional charge. Guests can also go cycling or hiking in the Domaine De Malchamps’s green surroundings. Spa-La Sauvenière Airport is 2.3 km away. Malmedy is a 15-minute journey by car. Bütgenbach can be reached in 30.7 km from the guest house.
Pros: Nice staff.
Cons: Overpriced. Having to pay 191 € per night for a room in the attic ( even if it had 8 beds in it it gave the feeling of a dorm room ) rest of the accommodation was shared ... bathroom ( having to share with up to 6 strangers is not what you want after a long day at work ) , living room area ... And no air-con ( there was an extreme heat wave during my stay and the fan that’s been put in the room wasn’t helping much ) I have been staying there during Spa 24h weekend so I get the reason why it was so expensive , yet I would not stay there again.
Pros: En suite bathroom that was not expected No time you had to return to room by Late check out time Breakfast brought to your room
Cons: Will need to drive to town
Pros: Basic room but perfect for spending the weekend close to Spa Francorchamps (less then 10 minutes). Very friendly owner, breakfast was fresh and good. Spend most of my day on the track, the room was to sleep and relax a bit after a long day so no need for more.
Pros: Use spa centre hotels much more about and better for race fans
Cons: Use spa centre hotels much more about and better for race fans
Pros: Room was clean and beds were comfortable
Cons: Shower had no curtains or holder for showerhead
Pros: Clean and cosy
Cons: Shared bathroom - and this was not reflected in the price. The owner/manager spoke French only - no English at all.
Pros: The staff was really nice but absolutely no English. It was ok though due to technology. Great location to the race track. The bathroom was very clean! Beds were really soft but the bed comforter was thick so it got hot fast. Cozy setting in the rooms. The family room was nice too :)
Pros: truly a bad place to stay, we booked what we thought was six beds only to be shown into the roof space and a ten bedded doorm, then the bathroom was two floors lower in the communal lounge and breakfast area ! so you had six men having to walk in the dark two floors down then back up past other guests... the toilet is by the front door.. the lady who owns the place pretends not to understand when you complain, I heard other guests complaining about the bathroom facilities ( or lack of them ) truly very bad 0/10
Cons: I hated the place from the moment we realised we had been miss sold this place the beds are cheap with old cheap mattresses, the pillows are blocks of foam, the stairs up to the ten bedded room are almost vertical and very slippy, and the bathrooms were a joke, tatty old and cheap, the lady needs to stop pretending she can't understand guests and spend some money on the place as well as tell booking . com the truth about what to expect regarding the lack of facilities
Pros: Property was close to Spa.
Cons: The beds were very uncomfortable (ikea level), we had to pay cash, the bathroom was very small and badly set (the tap was too far to reach for my wife). It was too expensive for that level of service.

Pros: Localisation is perfect, hause is very charm. Brekfast delicious with nice company.
Cons: Bathroom was not clean.
Pros: The house is located in a very quiet area, surrounded by forest. It's absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Great location for hikes, trailruns, VTT etc. The center of Spa is about 3km away which is a beautiful walk along a quiet road between the fields and forest. There are also 2 or 3 nice restaurants nearby, within a distance of 500m. For us it was the perfect location to escape from our busy daily lifes. The house itself is full of character, the rooms are very nice and the breakfast is delicious! I really recommend this place!
Pros: The breakfast was delicious!
Cons: The bossy mentality of the staff.
Pros: Super cozy and friendly place in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes. The owner is a super friendly and helpful lady who prepares an amazing breakfast with local products. Highly reccomended!
Pros: Rooms were fantastic, variety of choice for breakfast
Pros: Very good breakfast, very good matras,
Cons: The bossy way of the host, the steep steps up, OK for a short stay (don't bring a heavy suitcase )
Pros: Very friendly lady running the place. Lovely quiet location. Fabulous breakfast served, highlight of our trip!
Pros: Breakfast was very good, welcoming was as it should be

Pros: The place is situated in a nice forest valley at some distance from the nearest village, with a small creek nearby. Uncomplicated check in. Very friendly staff. Very nice house with wooden staircase and wooden floors. Breakfast served at table. Lots of wildlife around.
Cons: The cellphone reception was very poor in the valley. Iphone maps did not find the accurate location, but a sign at the road showed the way.
Pros: We liked the breakfast. At most hotels the breakfast is self-service but here we were waited on which made a lovely change. The boiled egg was the best I had had all holiday out of all the 13 different hotels I had stayed in.
Cons: The problem was we arrived too late to have the dinner. The lady did seem a bit cross with us (we did explain we had had trouble on the motorway). She made it seem that it would be much more difficult to get a meal than in fact it turned out to be.
Pros: Good breakfast. Very quiet and lovely surroundings. Good value for money.
Cons: The room was badly cleaned, we had for example trash left in the trash bin since previous guests, or sheets had spots of blood and the bathroom wasn’t clean. Had no WiFi on our room.
Pros: Comfortable, clean and very friendly hosts. There are some nice walks in the woods around the property. Breakfast was excellent and it is well worth staying in for dinner as well.
Pros: Perfect as always.
Pros: Our stay was excellent. The hosts are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. The breakfast was excellent. I highly recommend this to anyone who wishes for a relaxing weekend in the Ardennes with an amazing host.
B&B Au Coq en Pate is located in the forests, near the Fagnes and the Ardennes, in the village of Solwaster. This is a 35-minute car ride from Liège. There is free WiFi and free private parking on site. The colourful rooms have a private bathroom with a bath and coffee and tea facilities. Various walking and biking tours start from the B&B. A breakfast is served every morning in the hotel's lounge. Meals are also served on Fridays and during the weekend. B&B Au Coq en Pate is 8 km from the Circuit de Francorchamps and the town of Spa.
Pros: We felt welcome in the property: when we arrived after spending a whole day in Spa, we found bottles of water, home-made cookies, Nespresso pods in our room. The room was big enough to accommodate a crib for our 2.5 year old son. Despite a rich breakfast buffet, the landlady was so kind to ask if we wanted something we couldn't find.
Cons: The B&B is located in a small and quiet village 10 kilometres away from Spa. We were lucky to be there in a surprisingly-warm - and dry - March weekend. What if it had poured rain?
Pros: Very nice hosts, lovely room and breakfast was delicious.
Pros: Very friendly hosts
Pros: The hosts were great. This is a real B&B, where you feel home while having your own space and privacy. Amazing!
This intimate hotel is located in a tranquil park, only 650 metres from Géronstère Railway Station in Spa city centre. Pros: Great breakfast! The hotel is very close to the center Thermes de Spa.
Pros: Breakfast - once the misunderstanding it's clear. Calm and a relaxing atmosphere. 105 Euro it's value for the money.
Cons: Breakfast - we didn't know that we should ask for more, so first day we were hungry. Room too big (in height). A wooden shelf covered the bed at the level of the person's head.
Pros: It was not a problem when we asked to stay a bit longer in our room, on the day of our departure.
Cons: There was no kettle for coffee or tea in our room, but the staff was very nice and brought us hot water in a can each time we asked...
Pros: Excellent higher-class restaurant.
Cons: Steep stair cases.
Pros: Private parking right in the centre of Spa which is fantastic. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The Staff were helpful and were happy to speak English when my French let me down. Great selection of beers and heated outdoor seated area. The stay was very comfortable and I'd certainly stay here again. The parking was key as we were coming to track day at Bilster Berg and the knowing the car was safe was a real bonus.
Pros: A charming house in the park, private free parking, friendly staff and easy access to the Spa/Thermes.
Cons: The only thing we did not like was noise.. it was very difficult for us to fall asleep with people upstairs watching TV and talking --
Pros: This place is just wonderful! Looks like a cozy cottage in the woods. Short walk from the train station, not far from the town centre and just 20 steps away from the funicular to the thermal spa. The room was large enough, the breakfast was exceptional. And, if you fancy a Michelin- level dinner, the restaurant downstairs is just spot on.
Just outside the charming town of Spa, this small B&B offers 2 stylish, comfortable guest rooms with their own entrance and a large private garden. Benefit from free Wi-Fi. Les Nénuphars offers rooms with extra large beds and luxurious bathrooms with a rain shower. Nearby you can walk or mountain bike through the beautiful forests. There are walking maps available at the property. Enjoy hospitality and personal service in this homely residence in the heart of the Ardennes.
Pros: Good quiet location for overnight stop not too far from motorway.
Cons: Not very easy to find.
Pros: Very beautiful place: forest, Mountains, lake with fountain. Very nice friendly, caring hostess Anja. I had a room on the 1st floor with wonderful view from a large window, clean, comfortable, with heating, with a small TV (there are very few programs), tea and coffee (capsule coffee mashin) at any time of the Day or night, a small terrace with a table and chairs, the bathroom has all the necessary accessories, including hair dryer. No bathrobes and slippers. Free WiFi throughout the house (works fine). At the first opportunity, be sure to return to this hotel.
Cons: Everything was great!
Pros: Friendly owner, place is perfect for couple an biking or tracking trip. Fabulous!
Pros: Welcoming flexible host, elegant room , excellent breakfast . Good outdoor facilities (weather permitting) . Very good restaurants within walking distance.
Pros: Good location, privacy, nice bed and own kitchenette.
Cons: Maybe additional toiletries, per guest.
Pros: Very clean, good breakfast, friendly, good location.
Cons: We where first day alone, but second day we had second couple and the took breakfast early and that is right next to door of the room, so it's not very pleasant. Some sign (with a light on it) on the street would be more then welcome, it's very hard even second time, there is only very small number 28
Le Soyeuru is a charming, peaceful hotel situated in a farm in green surroundings, close to the Hautes Fagnes. The hotel is 6 km from the motor racing circuit and 4 km from Spa. All rooms have a private bathroom and free internet access. You can relax in the salon area with a book. From Le Soyeuru, the famous Vennen van Malchamps are only 500 meters away.
Pros: Clean, good breakfast, convenient location, bathroom good, bed clean and comfortable and very quiet
Cons: No staff at check in (arrived late at 22.00) room door lock very difficult to open and nobody to check with (managed it in the end but thought I was going to break it if I turned it any harder). Tried to call the hotel and heard the phone ringing downstairs. A little spartan.
Pros: Great location for circuit spa francorchamps. Very comfy beds and friendly owner (and cat!).
Cons: Shower could be a little better. We had to travel out to get dinner (but we knew that).
Pros: Continental breakfast, with good range of brads & meats, plus croissants etc. Good coffeee.
Cons: Was difficult to see the entrance to the driveway of the hotel, especially at night !! Could do with a light on the sign.
Cons: Lack of staff
Pros: Lovely view from our room.
Cons: Breakfast was average.
Pros: - The location is amazing - Old style building - The surrounding is beautiful
Cons: - there were no plugs next to the bed - very basic breakfast
Pros: It’s pleasantly situated
Cons: Inspire of saying disabled facilities THERE ARE not any- it’s a steep staircase and shower over s bath- it is simply flat on entry to the property.it is also no longer a Resteraunt

There is a children’s playground and soccer table for the younger guests. The games room also has a billiards table. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Pros: Gorgeous, super cosy homestead where you feel right at home immediately. Completely over the top decoration (but somehow they get away with it). Really kind hosts Auli & Marie-Annick. Delicious breakfast with local cheeses, a variety of sweet pastries, freshly squeezed orange juice and good coffee. Kitchen can be used to cook/bring your own lunch/dinner. Honesty bar. Large wellness area with deck chairs. Great place for a family weekend. Highlight: relaxing by the fire, having a drink and reading/playing cards. We’ll be back!
Cons: Very old house so noisy, creaking stairs & floorboards: bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. We had a couple of noisy guests above us, playing loud music and the piano (badly) very late at night. Owners left a subtle note on the piano to avoid further disturbance of the other guests.
Pros: Shame about misunderstanding re number of beds.Staff and owner did their best to sort out but bed collapsing during night one not fun
Cons: As abvewouls
Pros: Quality of room, cleanliness, it was quiet, great facilities and location.
Pros: The room was huge; included a kitchen and a separate living room. Showers were hot. Breakfast was superb. Price is extremely reasonable. The villa was beautiful. The staff very friendly and spoke excellent English. Sauna and swimming pool were clean and we worked well. What’s not to like? I’ll definitely be visiting again in the future.
Pros: The property was very thoughtfully decorated and immensely furnished with plenty of rooms to enjoy and socialize! Our rooms were IMMENSE! The bathroom was first class and had an incredible view. Breakfast was amazing and plenty of food! We love old mansions and this had charm as well as modernity added to it throughout. Staff had a cancellation the following night and offered us to stay the extra night for only 100 Euros. Fantastic pool and sauna! I would do this again -- definitely!
Cons: The room was a little dusty in some places, but the bathroom was spotless. Terrace guard rail was too low. Needs to be higher. The road leading to the property was under construction. Had to take a detour. Advise is to catch a cab to the property even though the place is nearby. Road is steep and hard to drag your luggage. Despite the above, it is minor because the property is a gem.
