Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore Spa and nearby attractions. Many found the rooms spacious and beds comfortable, with some highlighting the room decor. However, numerous reviews criticized the cleanliness of both rooms and common areas, with reports of unemptied bins, dirty floors, and poor housekeeping. Accessibility was a major concern, as the entrance is via a backdoor or emergency exit, often described as unsafe, poorly maintained, and difficult to find. Several guests also noted the lack of on-site staff, confusing check-in procedures, and issues with amenities. Despite these drawbacks, the location and some aspects of room comfort stood out positively.
