I was satified with the service at the hotel and the rooms.
The room was quite cold - heating did not seem to be working.

Location excellent;walking distance to town and park, even for older visitors. Wonderful breakfast inclusive. Very clean and attractive.
Had to climb very many steps to our room;;difficult for older visitors. Limited choice of dinner menu, and expensive.

“very friendly staff, rooms are very clean. nice little romantic hotel. located in walking distance of the little town of Aywaille with many nearby restaurants and bars, but still not too crowded. Nice park next to the hotel. There is a nice jogging path along the river. But most of all, try the restaurant of this hotel. Extremely good seafood dishes, good service, nice wine and champagne. Very professional. They offered gluten free bread to me for dinner and breakfast and even offered us a coffee at 6am when the breakfast room was still closed.”
