Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's beautiful location and charming surroundings, as well as the quality and cleanliness of the amenities and rooms. Many found the spa and overall atmosphere relaxing and enjoyable. However, several reviews highlight disappointment with the service, which was often described as inattentive or lacking the expected five-star standard. Breakfast and dining experiences were also frequently criticized for not meeting expectations, both in terms of quality and value. Despite these issues, the hotel's setting and facilities remain standout positives for most visitors.
