Cons: I have one issue with the hotel is that when I arrived at recipient to show my booking as requested 2 rooms. He told me that I have 4 rooms, but I told him that I have requested 2 rooms, he has requested me to cancel the booking online at the time he has deducted from me extra money from the Visa card for extra rooms. Immediately I have canceled the booking to return my balance of the money in Visa card. He apologized that he can not do anything to return back in my account. I have requested last day before I leave the hotel no changes, he told me that I have to communicate with booking.com Regards

Cons: The Wifi was very slow and kept going in and out, if you're paying $140 for a room you shouldn't have to deal with something even $28/night hotels in Istanbul get right.

Pros: The is a great 4 star boutique hotel, with a great location and easy access to Karakoy area, Sultan Ahmet area, Galata tower, and İstiklal street. Very close to istanbul oldest train tunnel that takes you up to İstiklal street. I booked 3 rooms (one Standard and one Deluxe connecting family room), the deluxe rooms was great and spacious. The rooms are well decorated, high ceiling. They provide daily complimentary bottle of water. Easy accesses to the rooms as the hotel is small and provided with 2 elevators. I highly recommend the hotel for family.

Pros: The location of the hotel was perfect. It is just off Galata Bridge and it is so handy for sightseeing, going out, having dinner. You can even walk to Sultanahmet and this is great. The hotel building is beautiful with nice art work and very confortable rooms.

Cons: Was sold a room in the pictures that was nothing like what we got, it was a lot smaller, lacking a lot of what was advertised. For the expensive price we paid you could get a lot nicer hotels in Istanbul. The staff in general were really kind and friendly, the service was good. My only small issue would be that the managers didn't share as much of a hospitable nature and seemed more like salesmen to upgrades and other amenities.

Cons: The facilities of the hotel of this quality are poor. This is a 5 star hotel and the price you pay is not little. I have stayed in more than 20 different hotels in Istanbul. The breakfast is poor according to Istanbul standards. Also, some of the personnel does not speak good English. The roof top terrace was closed when we wanted to visit it. We had a major problem with the car we have rented and the only person who was very nice and comprehensive was the food and bevereges manager. The other staff was not as helpful as expected.

Pros: Although it was a good stay at the hotel for our honeymoon, but they ruined it at the end of the day. They booked a taxi for us to the airport without taking into consideration the actual traffic time which they must know. Therefore, we missed our flight and paid 800$ to book another flight. Pros: Although it was a good stay at the hotel for our honeymoon, but they ruined it at the end of the day. They booked a taxi for us to the airport without taking into consideration the actual traffic time which they must know. Therefore, we missed our flight and paid 800$ to book another flight. That was a big disappointment

Pros: Welcomed by friendly staff, I got upgraded to a corner room. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable room with modern amenities. I liked the buffet style breakfast, including made-to-order omelette. Location is very central near Taksim, highly recommended.

Cons: I stayed at the Grand Hyatt Istanbul for business. Upon arriving at the hotel, I learned that the hotel had incorrectly booked my reservation for two extra days at the business rate (I had booked 2 days at a lower rate, as I would be staying for leisure and did not want to pay the higher rate paid by my employer). Rather than fixing this, I was told to deal with it with my agency, even though I had a copy of the email confirming the length of my stay. For a 5-star hotel, this is an okay option--nothing special compared to others in the city. Most of their hotel staff are nice, but many (especially reservation and reception staff) are fairly complacent and could use a refresher on etiquette and courtesy.

But I was shocked from the response of the management team in the hotel!
I was treated with cold faces and they questioned my own integrity. I ended up trying to defend myself for some reason!!
They did not offer any help, I was put on the side and was given least priority. They did not seem even surprised. I think it is not the first time there.
Unfortunately I could not call the police because it was my last night. My advice if you go there .... do not leave anything valuable.

At the panoramic restaurant Mr Niyazi was very helpful, friendly and kept checking on us if we needed anything else. Also Mr Ismail was very helpful. The reception and concierge were extremely welcoming and gave us accurate infos and tips about the underground and where to go. Also the housekeeping lady Ms Maaziz was amazing and kept all our things tidied up and clean.

Cons: There was no itemized receipt at the end. Just a bunch of room service receipts they had that they added up by hand. Never in all my years of traveling did I not receive a print out of all the charges and instead was shown a stack of room service orders. The final amount seemed very high to me. BEWARE. Absolutely not acceptable for a hotel such as Radisson Blu. Also we got an executive room and it was extremely small.

Pros: We were in the hotel about 9:30. We have a 14 months old infant , He was very restless and tired. We were tired too.We asked the reception to give us a room. They told us they are cleaning the room & will give it about 11 & 12 . We went out for breakfast and returned about 11:30. They told us the room is not ready yet. All the time baby was crying and restless. At last they gave the keys about 14:10.
We have traveled a lot and have experienced many hotels around the world,but never seen such a unprofessional treatment.
The room was very noisy & locked !! Never seen such a thing before. Feeling that I am in a jail room, not a king room .
While checking out the receptionist asked me to pay 155 tl extra for my daughter, who is 13.
I told him you should tell me while checking in, also she was sleeping on the sofa, without any room service.
As a tour guide, Hotel Ramada just has a big building with a poor service, I do not recommend it at all.

Pros: The hotel had a fantastic location and one of the most breathtaking views of Istanbul that I've ever seen. We were able to walk to the Blue Mosque and the Hagia Sofia from this hotel, although it was a lengthy (but enjoyable) walk.
The staff was very friendly and helpful and made every effort to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The reception spoke English and was able to help give us recommendations on places to go and directions to get there. I would absolutely stay here again.

Pros: Close to anything you want in Istanbul. Ships, Metro, Bus stations, Bridges. It was very comfy.
Cons: The room with no windows, yes, its big, but the cheap rooms is not pointing to the sea or the street.

Pros: I like this wonderful hotel, every time I visit Istanbul I choose to stay in this hotel, the rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the location of the hotel is very good, close to everything you need, I recommend it for everyone.
