The location was close to Taksim 4 minutes walking , room was clean with a neighborhood back street view.
I wasn't happy when I asked the front receptionist about a good seafood restaurant and he referred me to a restaurant under the bridge (famous location) where most people get ripped off by their prices and lousy services. The restaurant even offers free pick up service from the hotel to rip you off with their prices. Hotels staff should not make their clients go through such an experience.

The staff was very friendly from the warm greeting until the easy checkout. The room was on the 7th floor with a huge window to enjoy the view and it was clean and tidy. The room service was great, also, the staff working in the restaurant serving breakfast was awesome and kind. We really enjoyed our visit to this hotel and highly recommend it.

It was my fourth visit to this respect hotel, everytime when I come here get surprised especially this time because on Nov 2019 I forgot my coat inside the reception before leaving to Airport and when I came again after 4 months on Feb 2020 I've asked the reception about the coat and they get it back to me! Imagine that 4 months (120 days) they were keeping,saving it not throwing it and once I asked them they presented it to me, so this is HONEST and TRUST. In addition, the best of the best receptionast I've ever met, I think their names are Patih and Yuvsal (I'll put their names with photos cause I don't think that I've write their names in right way) one of them work during the day shift and the other one work during night shift. They're very flexible, cooperate and support you with everything you need. The hotel can reserve you a VIP car with best price taking you from airport to hotel and from hotel to airport. In addition can arrange to you all tours and trips inside and outside Istanbul with good companies that have a great experience. Also we can talk about hotel position, you can find everything starting from markets, metro station, exchanges, pharmacies,Taksim and Istqlal street around 5 minutes of walking.
