Pros: I arrived in the morning and i got my room ready before 12 pm. Mr. Umit Balci was very helpful. this is the third time I stay in the same hotel and definitely I will come again. I tried a different hotel in the same area and CVK is the best in terms of location, facility, and staff.

Cons: The Wifi was very slow and kept going in and out, if you're paying $140 for a room you shouldn't have to deal with something even $28/night hotels in Istanbul get right.

Cons: an incident when one local verbally abuse one lady guest wearing hiiab in the swimming pool., actually threatened to punch her but lnstead the hotel servicemen ln the swimming pool ask her to leave because of her hijab. totally racist and unacceptable.

Cons: The biggest problem of this hotel in my opinion was its amenities.. How comes that there is no swimming pool, sauna, or jacuzzi in a 5-star hotel?! Also, after complaining about the bad view of our room to some nearby awkward building, also very funky smell coming from bathroom, they refrained to change or upgrade the room, which was not so nice for sure! I am 100% sure that there were empty nicer and better rooms in hotel at the time we stayed there! So, why you refrained to give one of them to us when there were issues with our room?!

Cons: There is no airport shuttle as advertised. Whilst the staff is helpful, a couple of our requests were fulfilled selectively....although they were minor things like pillows and an extra suitcase stand, it's just not what I would expect from a 5 star hotel.

Pros: The staff is amazingly friendly, great with kids and grownups too! They helped us with everything, even things we didn't ask or thought of. The place is right by the water which is nice, but the entrance is on a street with a lot of auto-parts businesses so less nice and also hard to walk with a stroller.

Pros: The hotel had a fantastic location and one of the most breathtaking views of Istanbul that I've ever seen. We were able to walk to the Blue Mosque and the Hagia Sofia from this hotel, although it was a lengthy (but enjoyable) walk.
The staff was very friendly and helpful and made every effort to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The reception spoke English and was able to help give us recommendations on places to go and directions to get there. I would absolutely stay here again.

Cons: We were in a good room in the corner of the building, so we had 2 windows and one of them the curtain didn't cover the whole window so it was harder to put the baby to sleep or to sleep till "later" because the sunlight.

Surprisingly, the gym and the spa was in Sura Hagia Soofia and we had a choice of break fast in either hotels. These two hotels are the same but one is 4 start and the other 5 star. We had mosquitos in our room. Telephone wasn't working.

Pros:
Cons: smooking smell all the hotel, we did not get tooth paste, no enough water drink &suger for coffee& milk for tea... I have been in similar hotel star but was more comfortable than Radisson.. I hope at list check the point that i mentioned.. the staff were very helpful and no annoyance inside the hotel.. best regards,

Pros: The location is great, unlike most hotels it is located on a wide street with a very easy access to every where, the staff was friendly specially Idil Bilik at the front office, with her beautiful smile , she tried to help as much she can, and she was really adorable. Also the concierge were very helpful.

Pros: Breakfast selection was versatile and fresh except breads were a bit stale (dry) . Your staff was kind and friendly ; I must commend the professionalism of Ms. Idill Bellik who was welcoming . She is a star. I must also than Ekrem at the Frint Office who was pleasant and helping to our enquiries.
Cons: 1.Every morning we had to wait for fresh clean glass to have juices and sometimes we had to skip this . However to be fair I must not ignore the fact that the staff were very busy accomodating the breakfast buffet due to the heavy consumption of the clientale . 2. Our children's room 415 was dissappointing for not looking out except at a walls of the backyard of a house . (Depressing for holiday makers) . 3. This children's room (booked for 3) did not have the extra bed that I had requested upon booking to be ready before arrival had to wait and wait. Moreover it had 2 towels only . Had to call for also separately 4. The second night housekeeping changed bath towels but did not replace them . Had to wait long and call front office twice. BEING FROM A HOTELIER AND F&B BACKGROUND , THE ABOVE DOWNFAULTS ARE FOR CONSTRUCTIVE PURPOSES. ALL THE BEST RADISSON PERA

Cons: The breakfast buffet was limited and lacked a lot of things that we used to eat either in Istanbul or anywhere else in the four to five star level especially the Desserts. Also in addition to the lack of in providing what may be implemented what has been presented other than what was offered fruit is not worthy of the level of service of the hotel and the guide images are shown some of the pictures contain pears & pineapple. Also I have chose sea View room but I got room no.508 which wasn't my expectation.
